This house was adorable! Perfect for a quick stay the night before getting on our cruise. Loved waking up and enjoying coffee in the back courtyard in the sunshine! Would definitely book this spot again.

Place was an amazing stay. The area was nice and quiet. Entrance to the place was very easy and the place has a pool and outdoor patio with a fire pit which was amazing! Beds and sheets were very comfortable and soft with an AC available. The room has a complimentary coffee station which was amazing!!! The place was clean and aesthetic! Highly suggest this place!

First off I want to say the pictures don’t do the back yard any justice. It’s so beautiful and the perfect get away trip without having to break the bank. Definitely worth every penny We loved it and we will be returning again! P.s. Just make sure you bring some bug spray there is a bunch of mosquitos in the back yard, we didn’t have any so don’t be us lol. 🙌

Ari’s place is fantastic. I sat out in the patio every morning listening to birds and having coffee. Nice quiet cul de sac. House was exactly as photos represented. Amenities and kitchen and bathrooms were resort level. Great place and I’ll be back! Thanks Ari.

Laura was very friendly and had things ready for us. she accommodated my family and had a pack and playbready for my 2 year old. she was understanding and made sure we had everything we needed as well as being a Christian, we are too. itnwas a very nice stay i would recommend her to any one :)

This place was exactly as advertised. We spent hours sitting outside in the yard relaxing during our stay which is exactly what we'd hoped for. The location was perfect: right near the beach and restaurants but in a quiet community. I'd love to stay here again.

This Airbnb was by far the best one I have stayed in yet! It was the perfect location and an easy walk to shops, dining and of course the beach!!! The view was beautiful. The house itself was perfect for my family. It was stocked with everything we needed. We especially loved the well stocked garage with bikes, beach chair, boogie boards and more! Matina was very kind and easy to communicate with and responded quickly to messages I left with her. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone and I hope to stay here again the next time I am in Newport!

This place was such a gem! Got to meet the hosts and they were so sweet and and helpful. If you're anywhere near Ocean Ave for the weekend and need a peaceful little oasis, this is your spot! Comfortable, inviting place once you walk in and such a convenient walk to downtown area. Will definitely be booking again!

Jay’s place was a perfect spot on Newport Peninsula. We walked everywhere ! Beach only 5 min walk down the street. We loved it was right across the street from Pavilions grocery, lots of places to eat and also Lido Marina! Location perfect, clean, lots of space, loved the 3 bedrooms & 2 baths and big kitchen! A quaint little house, with a short walk to the beach. The area is beautiful to walk and close to restaurants. Great stay.

We absolutely loved staying here! Very walkable to everything we wanted to do! The bed was comfortable, and the whole space was clean and smelled great! The host was also very wonderful. And we actually found parking right in front of the gate. We will absolutely stay here again if we find ourselves in Long Beach again!

Sheryl and her home were just outstanding! This was my first time being in an Air B&B and to say I was impressed is an understatement. She was not only clear in all of the instructions with check-in and check-out, but was also responsive and friendly to my boyfriend and I. We would gladly stay again.

This house was amazing. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us. The kitchen was fully equipped, the garage was converted to a lanai ao you can still enjoy the outdoors. The beach was super close, restaurants and a market were walking distance. Andrew was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

My family and I stayed at Diego's home for a concert at the Hollywood Bowl. We wanted something walkable and away from the craziness of the city. This villa was better than I could have imagined. An absolute oasis. Rather than spend the day walking around and play tourist, we decided to spend the day on the patio listening to music with a glass of wine. It was the perfect reset before the concert. We can't wait to come back!

This is such a great house in the prime location. Short walk to the beach and close to everything. House was stocked with bikes, towels, beach chairs and toys which was awesome. Kitchen was perfect for making a meal at home. We will rent again!!

Perfect spot for a quiet family weekend in the off season. It’s an easy walk to the beach. Recommend an early morning walk or run on the boardwalk. The place has everything we needed and the two patios are great for getting either sun or shade.

Jen's home was perfect for us - we were group of 3 families. The place was clean, had enough rooms and beds, the backyard is beautiful and relaxing. What stood out most in Jen's home than other homes I have stayed so far, was she had everything clearly labeled - we could find things without any effort or guess work. Her instructions were very clear too. And she was very friendly, accommodating , very helpful. We made some wonderful memories. I would definitely stay here again, if we visit LA with large group.
