Our stay in Hoang's apartment was great. First of all, Hoang is super communicative and helpful, whatever the needs are. I would give him 6/5 stars, if it was possible. Check in was as easy as it gets. The apartment is exactly as described and matches the pictures. It's on the eight floor with a great view, and it's really spacious. The interior is modern and well thought-through. There is only an AC in the sleeping room and at first it took some time to get the room cooled down but after some hours the temperature was pleasant, even with 35 degrees outside. One thing though: The curtains don't block the light well. A sleeping mask is helpful. The apartment is situated in a very calm area. There are literally no tourists around. We felt safe all the time, though. So if you want to stay away from the noise of central Hanoi, this is a great spot to do so. We would come back anytime.

It's a very nice condo—lots of living space, a big bathroom, and a kitchen area. Getting there from the airport is also very simple, just take the bus and get off at the last stop, the flat is right next to the station. The city centre is also close, it's walkable and has lots of shops, food places, and street vendors on every street. The host is very kind and responsive. If you plan to visit the city, definitely check this listing out.

This place is amazing. Outstanding views, very clean, everything was amazing. The host is the friendliest and most responsive host I’ve ever had, he is extremely helpful. This Airbnb was one of the better airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. With the views, and Ecopark, and the restaurants, I give this a 10/10 and would 100% rent it out again. I stayed for a month and it was super nice coming back from the bustling markets in old town to the peaceful Ecopark. If you have children there is a park across the street that stretches all the way down the lake. There are plenty of restaurants around that are extremely delicious and easy to order. The price, the host, and the area, make this stay a must. This is your sign to BOOK IT NOW. They have a soundbar, great tv, and every amenity you need. I loved it. Smelled clean and it was clean. Purified water tap, and convenience store downstairs. Elevator is spacious. Security downstairs at night and I felt safe. Stay here.

I stayed here for more than a month and loved it! The apartment is just like the pictures and also has a balcony with a good view, which was a nice surprise. The apartment was perfect for longer stays, especially when working - plenty of room, good internet, separate workstation, etc. The location was great too. It’s right near Swan Lake Park which has several kms of walking/running tracks. Great restaurants nearby along with supermarkets, chemists etc. It’s much quieter compared to the centre of Hanoi, which I enjoyed (more of a local feel). However, it’s easy to get into town with Grab as well. And Viet, the host, is lovely - he helped organise airport transfers, gave very clear instructions and local recommendations, and was super responsive if I had questions. Highly recommended! I hope to be back :)
