The airy living room is in an open solution to a practical kitchen, and in the living room there is also a foldable staircase up to a loft/alcove of approx. 6 sqm.

Shop 3 min away. Fine hiking areas at Mosvatnet. Swimming pool 10 min away. Shopping center 15 min, bus to the city center only takes 8 min.

A newly renovated basement (30m2) with a separate entrance. The bathroom is 10m2 and has a large shower with different settings. The living/sleeping area is roughly 20m2 with high ceilings, heated floor and a TV with chromecast. The "kitchen" area has a fridge, sink, cooking top (for one pot) and a microwave oven. Free parking outside the apartment. 15 minute walk from city centre of Stavanger. The basement is under our house, so some degree of noise should be expected during the daytime (kids).

Transport with bus takes around 10 min to Stavanger and 3 min to Hundvåg. 5 min walk to the best bakery in Stavanger, Buøy Bakeri. Also possible to take a nice walk over the bridge to Stavanger to look at the nice view over the city and the fjords.
