Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

The stairs are not suitable for small children or those with difficulty walking. It is possible to rent bicycles, grill outdoors and enjoy the food on the terrace. The balcony and bedroom overlook the Øresund and the forest. Beach, forest, harbor, shopping, restaurants, bus and station within walking distance. We have a Labrador dog that may be in the garden.

Everything is within walking distance, it is 300 meters to the city Where there are shopping opportunities, restaurants, cafes and a lot of nice shops. The train & bus station is 200 meters away, from where you can easily get to Elsinore or Gilleleje, which is certainly also worth a visit. The harbor, the beach, and the forest are 800 meters from here.

I live on the top floor myself and stay in the backyard so you have your privacy. 3 hens cluck when there are fresh eggs for you.
