Don’t hesitate, just book it! The host was great, the place is better than the pictures and it is easy to find. I completely agree with one of the other reviews, it just feels like home when you walk in, comfortable is the best description I can give. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Elliot’s lake house. Very much needed R&R. The location was easy to find. Plenty of space for a family of 4 plus our dog. We loved the lake access and brought our boat which we launched not far away at Little River Park. Only a couple minute boat ride to the house. The house had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

Beautiful brand new townhome. Right on the water with a very nice dock to tie up our boat and lots of extra toys at the dock to enjoy. Loved the paved path to the house from the dock. The path was especially nice at night with the solar lights lining the pathway! Very nice and comfortable furniture around the outdoor firepit. Good place to sit and read a good book. The townhome was beautiful and very clean. Host even had a new tooth brush in the home which was very helpful since I forgot mine. Location was perfect, so close to town and boat ramp to put in and take out our boat. Close to Hartwell Mariana and several restaurants on the water! Host was easy to work with and responsive!

Christy’s home was perfect for our first Christmas away from home. The view of the lake was beautiful to wake up to every morning and we felt comfortable as soon as we walked through the door. The kitchen was well-equipped with dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. She even left a S’mores kit - which we made good use of with the fire pit! Would love to come back here in the summer to make use of the lake and the kayaks!

Such a great home in a great location. Close enough to everything at UGA and downtown Athens, but far enough away to have a more homey suburban feel. The beds are super comfortable, the giant sofa (not pictured) is awesome for lounging, all of the provided entertainment (pool table, foosball table etc) is a real bonus and the backyard is so large and private. It is perfect for morning coffee especially with the birds chirping and the deer wandering through. I will definitely book this home again for future trips to Athens.

Beautiful house in the middle of the peaceful woods right above Lake Hartwell that has everything you ever dreamed of and is wonderful for any time of the year! The owners are really friendly and have equipped the space with everything you need for a perfect stay, great for both vacation and remote work. The two-story indoor space is comfortable and tastefully decorated. The spacious upstairs porch with table, chairs, grill, and TV is also a great living and working area. Plus there’s a covered dock with chairs to enjoy the lake scene while soaking up the sun, kayaks to explore the inlets, and even a firepit for well-rounded outdoor living!

This was our third time to stay at Brian’s place. And, as always, Brian was a pleasure to communicate with and his house was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The bed is comfortable and all the linens are very nice. We also love the location which is walkable to many fun and good local restaurants. We will look forward to returning the next time we are in Athens.

Awesome place for a group of people! We had plenty of social space. Loved how the kitchen seemed to be stocked well with pots, pans, and even some ziploc bags which came in handy for us in a pinch! It is right off a main road, but that didn’t impact our stay at all. Would highly recommend!

Sunrise Cottage was a very pleasant, comfortable & relaxing place to be, especially on the stormy day when it rained non-stop and we never left the house. Couldn’t have been in a better place to weather the storm. Natalia quickly responded to each and every question and request. The outdoor fire place was especially nice after weather turned chilly in the evenings. . Kitchen was spacious and well-equipped for the times we wanted to cook (although those times were few since there are really good restaurants in the area). Beds were very comfortable. My daughter and I and travel to the area several times a year and hope we will have another opportunity to stay at the cottage and again experience Natalia’s hospitality. This time was especially nice since our husbands were able to join us. My husband was definitely appreciative for the large screen tv and comfortable place to watch the NCAA Final Four! Thank you Natalia, for our very comfortable & immaculate “home away from home

Loved this place! So beautiful and clean. Really close to the town square and all the things VAMPIRE DIARIES. Loved it! Only thing do not use the security system that is available there. Had issues with that. Recommend they put a sign on it saying do not use. Luckily our host responded fast about it! Other than that a perfect stay.

This was a great place in a nice neighborhood. The house its self was in great condition and was very cozy for our group. It had nice big bedrooms and space to hang out and visit. I would highly recommend it if you are staying in the Winder area. Ludmila's is a great host and everything was just like she said. She was very responsive and helpful getting us set up.

What a amazing place ! My wife and I came for a weekend getaway and were blown away by how accommodating Mimi and Gene were . The place was above and beyond what we expected ! Absolutely adorable place and perfectly equipped with everything you need for a great stay ! Can’t say enough about the place and the hosts ! We booked another stay here within hours of checking in ! We have stayed at a lot of air bnbs and this has to be up there with one of our favorites :)

We were in town to spend time with family and this lovely place was perfect. Host was very accommodating and made us feel like we were at home. 2 bedrooms were large enough for our travel suitcases and the kitchen was well equipped. This is a great place to stay. The house was as advertised and very clean. Najib was able to accommodate my early check in request which was very much appreciated. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a house that can sleeps up to 8 and fairly close to many great locations.
