Beautiful spacious stay for 2 people, there is also a sofa bed for possibly 4 people. Private parking space on the drivewayway. Cozy outside seat , where the sun is out from the early afternoon. Quiet neighborhood. Fully equipped kitchen. A dog allowed. No smoking inside. Dogs welcome, 5 euros phpn. Tourist tax 3.30 euros pppn .

The studio has a lovely balcony, where you can enjoy the sunset. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet. The luxury kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, combi microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine (Senseo) and kettle.

Our lovely apartment Sara's Cottage is located in a top location in Egmond aan Zee near the beach, dunes and the cozy center. The apartment is wonderfully private and fully equipped. On the sunny terrace it is nice to stay after a day at the beach, a beautiful walk through the dunes or a fantastic bike ride in the area, to name a few examples.

Sfeervol vrijstaand familiehuis op twee minuten lopen van het strand. Gezellige restaurants en cafeetjes op een steenworp afstand. De zonnige tuin (met uiteraard een fijne bbq) kijkt uit op de duinen. Dit is nou wat ze bedoelen met vakantie! * Ons huis is alleen geschikt voor families met kinderen.

Beautiful cozy beach house

We stayed with 6 adults and 6 children. The owners live on the main floor and the rental unit is on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The owners were very responsive and helped us troubleshoot the heat in the bedrooms. We really appreciated the children’s toys and board games that were available in the house. We walked to the beach and to the train station without problem.

The two of us felt very comfortable in the accommodation, it had everything we needed. The apartment has a very nice atmosphere. The house is located behind a dune, you can be on the beach in 3 minutes, the center is about 8-10 minutes walk. There is also no smaller supermarket there, a larger market is about 10 minutes by car in Egmond a. d Hoef. Our inquiries about the area or public transport were always answered quickly and competently by the host. Please note the host's instructions, regarding the stairs to the apartment and the ladder to the second bedroom, which was no problem for us.

We were 4 adults and 1 dog. Judith welcomed us warmly, briefly explained everything in the house. The house was as described, the location perfect for the beach and at the same time close to the pedestrian zone with many pretty shops and restaurants. To relax and unwind, this was a perfect week for all of us. Judith is a great hostess, we will be happy to come back Claudia 😀

The owner was super helpful and helped us book a parking spot for our car. The place itself is spotless and rather quiet. Only two things to note : - She asked for a security deposit of 100€ cash, returned at checkout. - There was no shower soap/shampoo when we arrived.

We didn't miss anything in Carmens and Sebastian's place and everything was as described. We felt right at home. The place is stylish and cozy, everything was clean, and the towels and linens smelled magical. We lacked nothing. Carmen and Sebastien responded to messages super quickly and also offered to help on site if any issues arise. They are very attentive and loving hosts - with a sugar-sweet dog. The location of the apartment is central and you can quickly walk to the beach as well as the small city center. We will definitely be back
