The house has been recetly furnished and is fully equipped. Two large rooms with open plan kitchen, bedroom with double bed king size, sofa, desk. Private bathroom with walking walk-in shower. A living room with fitted kitchen (dishwasher, washer-dryer, oven, fridge, induction, coffee machine...) and seating area. Two spacious bedrooms with the possibility of 6 beds. 10 minutes from the Bocasse amusement park and Clères zoo, 20 minutes from Rouen, 35 from Dieppe.
