In town with a little group to do some hunting and visit family. The home was just as described and very clean. Heather and Shannon were very accommodating to our needs. Would definitely stay here again!

DJ's Duplex was a perfect fit for us as we visited family nearby. The location is great as it's one block from the grocery store. The interior is clean and well-designed, with all the amenities we needed, including laundry and a well-stocked kitchen. We were traveling with an elderly relative who has dementia, so the fact that the home is on one floor, has grab bars in the bathrooms, and is well lit and easy to navigate made it less stressful for all of us. Nancy and Julieann were gracious hosts who responded to a minor maintenance issue immediately, even on a holiday. They clearly take pride in their space and put care into making your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, we highly recommend DJ's Duplex and will happily stay again on our next visit to Pratt!

Melissa made sure our stay at Court and Cabana was perfect for our family. Checked on us to ensure we had everything we needed. If you get a chance to stay, take advantage of everything that’s available to you. Tennis courts, swimming pool, and a fire pit are just some of the amazing amenities. Loved staying at this country gem! Perfect getaway place for families with kids. So much to do outside and incredibly peaceful. Well equipped house and kitchen. Thanks for a great stay!

very good deal considering the square footage and the peace and quiet you can get here just the right distance to town but far enough from everything that no one is bothering you with noise 10/10 will stay again and would recommend.

My sister and I enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We came to visit the area wetlands, so we appreciated the proximity to Cheyenne Bottoms. I’ll recommend it to my birding friends!

We rented this for judge's for our dog show. They all loved the place. We will definitely be back again.
