You can use the common areas with a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean. You can use the shared washing machine. A few meters away there are surf schools, restaurants with typical fish and seafood dishes, wineries and more.

The apartment is very nice and spacious, and it is also centrally located. I felt right at home, so I wanted to extend my vacation in Trujillo and stay a few more days. Jean is a wonderful host, very kind, smart and always in touch. I received useful recommendations about interesting places in the city and slept very well because the house is always quiet and calm. I thank Jean and her family for everything and I also recommend this apartment to other guests in the Airbnb community.

It's important to note that our host was very kind and attentive. As for the accommodation, it met our expectations, the most important being: Location, privacy, security, and accessibility to different areas of the city.

We loved the accommodation, it was very comfortable, quiet, clean, tidy and safe, and we received very good service from Mr. Juan, a very good host who was very attentive to us. The accommodation is accessible to many places. We went with our pet and he was happy as we had access to a nearby park and all the facilities. I recommend the place 100%

Jerson's house is very well located at the end of the Huanchaco pier, far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to the most commercial places. The facilities are as described in the listing and the whole environment was very clean. It has all the necessary amenities, even for long stays. He was very kind to guide me on how to access the house, open the locks, deactivate the alarm and access the garage. It was a great touch to have shampoo and soap in the bathrooms. Definitely recommended for families!

The apartment is very nice, it is located in a quiet area. Check-in was flexible and they made it easy for us to do it after hours because we arrived in Trujillo at approximately 8pm. Vicky, the maintenance manager, was very friendly and always attentive to any questions. For the check-out, they also gave us the support to stay longer. Good experience. Highly recommended

I spent a month in Julio's apartment & loved it. He was always quick to respond, friendly, and helpful. As a digital nomad, the apt was ideal. Strong internet, a nice kitchen, and a large, comfortable space. The workout equipment is a great bonus. Washer worked great. Internet/WiFi Speeds: Super fast; over 500d/600u on VPN Workspace: Nice desk w/ very comfy office chair Bed: very comfortable, slept well Kitchen: Great kitchen w/ good cookware, appliances, & utensils Water: pressure is OK, temp is steady Food/grocery: restaurants/supermarkets within 5-15min walk (bodegas across the street) Neighborhood: Loved it - relaxed, walkable, easy to get to the center (Uber was always quick to pick-up), a few blocks from Ave Larco for tons of restaurants/shopping. Julio was great at communicating from afar (he was out of the country) and when I had a plumbing issue (resolved as quick as is possible in Peru). Very well stocked with toiletries, detergent, & little household things for a comfy stay.

It's definitely not what I expected, it was much better. The apartment overlooks the park and green areas from the bedrooms and living room, so it has excellent natural lighting. Apart from being exactly 2 blocks from UPAO University, you also have restaurants, shops, bakeries, market and others, which you can walk through the passages, very comfortable. I went from Lima by car with my family and I definitely recommend it, since you can leave the car in the park without problems, seeing it from the room.
