We loved Sylvia's place! very private and clean. Sylvia was a great host. the place has a lovely little garden and outdoor patio. would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

The accommodation is close to the spa, within walking distance, the area is quiet and there are many places to eat, markets and a market. Marvel welcomed us and was very pleasant, he showed us all the services and spaces of the house. The house is as described, it has all the basic amenities and internet in case you need to do Home Office.

The apartment exceeded all expectations. It has plenty of space, a comfortable bed, a beautiful terrace, and you can even see the sunset from it. Sylvia is very friendly and always responds very quickly. Thank you. P.S. perfect for surfers. It has space to put surfboards and you can dry your wetsuit on the terrace.

The accommodation is accessible to many places. We went with our pet and he was happy as we had access to a nearby park and all the facilities. I recommend the place 100%

I stayed in this apartment for a few days and the experience was excellent. From the first moment, communication with the host was very fluid and friendly. The place is as shown in the photos, very clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is also perfect, close to everything but in a quiet area. I had the most incredible 6 week stay here! I have stayed in many airbnbs and never felt so at home. It's only the 3 apartments, and it feels like staying with a local family. Jose Ignacio and his mother are the sweetest and kindest people and I loved living here. He is an amazing cook and even shared some delicious meals with me! The apartment is even nicer than the photos, so large and spacious. The yard is so nice and the wifi works everywhere so I was able to work outside and sit by the pool. It was a perfect remote work location with a view of the ocean. I was there in summer and was fine without AC, I left the windows open and the breeze is so nice. You are right on the beach and in the middle of nature so dirt/sand blows in and there are some ants, just keep clean and don't drop crumbs and they are small and don't bother you. It's a little bit of a walk from the centre of town but I love the privacy and unblocked view of the ocean. I can't wait to return to my Huanchaco home!
