Pros: - Modern, stylish apartment in good condition - Microwave oven (the host brought it to me after my request) - Washing machine - AC - Balcony - Gas heating system (with radiators) - Location (a lot of supermarkets, restaurants and stores nearby) - Good, kind, friendly, polite, attentive host Cons: - Not so spacious inside (but enough) - It can be pretty cold inside in the winter sometimes - The first floor (but where the windows are, it's already on the second floor (the house is on a slope)) - A little number of pans - A little bit uncomfortable table (it's smaller than you think) - Location (it's the edge of the city; no subway station) - No free cleaning service included

Highly recommend Arpine's place. Its <10 minute from the skiing resort and market, additionally you can find a snacks store in the building itself. Apartment was clean and organized.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay! I had the pleasure of staying at this amazing apartment. From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The apartment is beautifully furnished, spacious, and immaculately clean. It's clear that the host takes great pride in providing a comfortable and welcoming space for guests. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to local attractions, shops, and restaurants. The host was incredibly accommodating and attentive, ensuring that everything was just right during my stay. Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and I would absolutely stay here again. I truly have no complaints—everything about this place was amazing! The apartment was so cozy, and the view from every balcony was absolutely mesmerizing. The only small challenge I faced was carrying my luggage to the 4th floor, as I was traveling alone and my bags were heavy. But other than that, everything was perfect! The location was super convenient, and everything I needed was easily accessible. I would 100% book this place again if I ever revisit Armenia. Thank you for such a lovely stay!
