Wir haben uns gleich sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir wurden persönlich begrüßt. In der Wohnung haben wir eine tolle Grundausstattung vorgefunden, z.B. Kaffee, Waschmittel, Müllbeutel, Wasser und vieles mehr. Wir sind mit einem 3-jährigen Kind gereist. Die Wohnung ist dafür gut geeignet. Es ist sehr ruhig und herrlich grün. Ein Spielplatz befindet sich auch gleich in der Nähe. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung absolut weiter.

Quiet, peaceful, comfy and outstanding view from the terrace ! Communication was easy and the chalet is easy to find. The spa is also quite a nice addition. Beware : in winter you can not park in front of the house (road was not maintained) but a few hundreds metter away. The house is very well heated even in winter so don't be afraid of the cold. Only the mattress could have been a bit better but all in all it is a very good value for the price !

Ubytování bylo čisté, klidné, pohodové, moderní a dobře vybavené, plně vyhovující. Moc se nám líbilo 🥰. Po dvaadvacáté hodině dodržujte noční klid. Je třeba dát pozor na hlasitost televize, a zřejmě i chůze po apartmánu, je slyšet do přízemí. S majitelem pohodová dohoda, vždy vstřícný, ochotný a pohotový pomoci.😊 Poloha je luxusní. Pět minut chůze na Horní náměstí, 15 minut na Výstaviště... Vše potřebné v dosahu. Parkování je zadarmo v ulicích v blízkosti domu, a i přes obsazenost města, díky Floře Olomouc, jsme místo blizko ubytování našli. Budeme se rádi vracet😊 Díky

Byt sa nachadza v absolutnom centre mesta, je priestranny, cisty a plne vybaveny. Behom pobytu sme da citili velmi dobre. Vyborny je pomer ceny a toho, co ponuka. Komunikacia s majitelom bola skvela, velmi radi sa na toto miesto kedykolvek vratime.

The accomodation was very nice! Sadly, we were only there for two nights, but we immediately felt like home. The rooms were clean and you had basically everything you needed to cook in the kitchen. The host was also very kind and quick to respond. The check in and check out went perfectly and he even let us stay a little longer after the original check out time. Would definitely recommend this accomodation.

Filip is very easygoing and thoughtful with clear instructions on how to use the sauna, hot tub, fire place and everything. It's a beautiful little house with an amazing view on the lake and everything you need to spend some quiet days. The only negative thing for us was the small ant-problem in the kitchen and on the bedroom floor, which I think he's trying to take care of already. Nevertheless, we definitely recommend the stay!

Wir, 3 Erwachsene, waren für 1 Woche in diesem gemütlichen Haus. Das Haus ist in einer neugebauten ruhigen Siedlung gelegen. Es ist schön eingerichtet und sauber. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Eine Terrasse und ein Außengrill sind vorhanden. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern steht ein niedliches Kinderzimmer mit vielen Spielsachen zur Verfügung. Die Umgebung ist geprägt von viel Grün mit wunderbaren Ausblicken. Man kann prima Wandern. Kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeit im Ort, in Trencin große Supermärkte … Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappt super. Extrem gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Klare Empfehlung!

Viliam is great host with really nice house in very silent neighborhood. When we arrived we found a small surprise in the kitchen. :) we had no problem during our one week stay!

Sono stato molto soddisfatto del mio soggiorno sotto a tutti i punti di vista. La signora Martina è stata impeccabile nel servizio check-in and out dando spiegazioni esaurienti e precise. L appartamento e come da foto e descrizione. Ho apprezzato molto la pulizia in generale e la possibilità di parcheggiare L auto vicino ed in una zona tranquilla..

Všem moc doporučuji. Vše bylo čisté, krásně uspořádané, překvapil nás dostatek domácích, kuchyňských i hygienických potřeb. Zkrátka vše krásně zařízeno a vybaveno. Domek je ve velmi klidné části, nic nás při pobytu nerušilo a to v nás vzbudilo pocit domova. V okolí domku jsou krásné trasy na procházky, obchody i restaurace. Moc se mi líbil celkový přístup hostitelky, rychlé jednání, vše hezky vysvětleno. Moc za tento zážitek děkujeme a věříme, že jsme na tomto místě nebyli naposledy. Doporučujeme pro všechny kdo mají rádi přírodu, také jsou od místa v malém dojezdu nejen ski areály, ale spoustu zajímavých atrakcí.

Vyhledy z kazdeho pokoje, klidne prostredi, velka spolecenska mistnost vcetne herny pro deti, prijemny wellness, velke pokoje, kousek od sjezdovek a vodniho sveta, plne vybavena kuchyn, vse ciste a voni novotou. Nas avizovany prijezd se neustale menil, ale majitel vzdy vysel vstric, bezproblemova domluva! Urcite se vratime, idealne i v lete.

Toto ubytování je klenot. Umístěné docela vysoko v kopcích, přístupné pouze pěšky, mimo dosah civilizace a přesto tam najdete vse, co potřebujete. Dokonale pokud potřebujeme utéct mimo lidi a strávit par dni sami se sebou v tichu. Perfektní sauna. Hostitel je moc milý a pohotový v odpovědi na jakekoliv otázky.
