The detached, 120 m², completely renovated vacation home consists of a cozy and bright living and dining room including a fireplace, a nice kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2/1/1), 2 bathrooms plus guest toilet, a furnished terrace, parking spaces and a beautiful garden.

Pure idyll! You treat yourself to a break in the calm countryside! In a private house with 140 square meters. In the enclosed courtyard there is a pavilion, garden loungers and a large grill. You will stay on two floors in lovingly designed rooms. You can relax and explore the area, cycle, swim or paddle on the Aller. Our village is 10 km from the equestrian town of Verden, right on the Weser-Aller cycle path and a five-minute walk to the river. Children and dogs are welcome.

It impresses with its special charm, its amenities, and its bright, light-filled atmosphere. Ideal starting point for walks, bike rides and excursions to the surrounding area and beyond. Highway exit Verden-Ost 4 km, Niedersachsenhalle 3.8 km. Downtown Verdener Dom 4.8 km. Rewe/Aldi, bakery 3 km. Bus stop 400 m.

Lille Anker vacation home

Welcome to "Lille Anker" ⚓️ – a modern, quiet vacation home in Bremen! The house is lovingly decorated in a maritime design, so you can feel the maritime flair of Bremen as soon as you enter. Thanks to the good public transport links (2 minutes' walk), all important sights, restaurants and shopping facilities are easily accessible. (15 min to the center / 20 min to the train station). Free parking is available right outside the front door like sand on the sea. 🌊

Vacation home overlooking the river with Garden

Enjoy the view over the river into the fields from the terrace or the winter garden. In our 2021 completely renovated vacation home you have space for 7 people. A barbecue, a table tennis and a soccer goal are available for use in the spacious garden. In the lovingly furnished house with fireplace, smart TV and Sonos box you can enjoy yourself. The curtains in the bedrooms are lined with blackout fabric. If you have any questions, we are always happy to help.

Fair sleep attic studio

One-room attic studio in the oldest part of our family farm. Bright, cheerful room with one double bed and one single bed, a small kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. You access the room via an external spiral staircase leading to the adjoining small roof terrace with views over the fields. Ideal for cyclists, fitters, and those on short vacations. There is a charging station for electric vehicles. There is a fee for use, which is billed on site.

Our lovingly furnished bakery offers everything for a relaxing break in a rural area. A modern bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living area with a large sofa, TV and dining table and a cozy bedroom under the roof await you. A parking space under the apple tree is available. The quiet location overlooking meadows and fields invites you to relax. Perfect for nature lovers, cyclists and anyone wanting to get away from it all.

Former bakery

The former bakery in Schweringen was completely renovated as a guest house in 2019 and now offers 2 rooms (1 room with a double bed, 1.40 wide and 1 room with 2 single beds, 90 cm wide) with a shared living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The Weser ferry and the Weser cycle path are right outside the door. Schweringen and the beautiful surroundings invite you to take long walks and bike rides.

Water mill pure romance top. The Bruchmühle is the only functioning water mill in Bruchhausen-Vilsen. The mill dates from the 13th century and has a large private mill pond. In the sloping nature reserve around the mill you can hike and cycle wonderfully. Bruchhausen-Vilsen is a recognized health resort. Relax in this special and quiet accommodation.

Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place. It is a barn from 1800, which we have newly renovated and furnished with a lot of love. Surrounded by old oaks and green meadows, it is inviting for relaxation. Together we realize many projects and ideas on our family Resthof, so there is always something to do and a lot to discover here.
