The Old Milking Parlour, cosy rural retreat

What a beautiful place to stay. Plenty of space with everything you need. Hazel was so welcoming and helpful Surroundings were so peaceful and only 2 miles to shops and facilities so having a car made it easier. Everything was lovely and clean. Would love to come back.

Joanne’s place is very comfortable and just a short walk from the village centre. The breakfast in the cafe on site was delicious. Joanne was very welcoming. We will stay again when back in the area.

'Time out' - a modern, stylish garden Annex

KayleighRating, 5 stars3 days ago
It was a lovely place to stay. Very peaceful and had very nice scenery. It was very clean and was welcoming. There was an option of tea and coffee, milk in the fridge and little snacks which is helpful if you have only come for one night. Had a good option of takeouts near by. It was private and out of the way which was nice. It was well worth the money and is a lovely place to stay for a long weekend. Would definitely stay again😊
A historic building is set in a lush landscape, surrounded by vibrant fields of blooming yellow daffodils. Trees are visible in the background, providing a natural frame to the structure, which features ornate architectural details under a partly cloudy sky.

Perhaps the best AirB&B that we have stayed in. Lovely location, perfect for York and the Surrounding area. Great pub a few metres away. The enclosed garden was a real positive allowing us to let our dogs out at night. Would highly recommend.

Luxury Cottage close to Castle Howard with hot tub

MelyssaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Could not rate this place highly enough! The cottage is lovely, so clean and cosy, and it felt really private and quiet. The enclosed garden was great for the dog, and we weren't overlooked at all in the hot tub so it felt private and secure. Vikki was a great host - her instructions before we arrived were great, especially the video on where to park, which made it really clear and stress free. The welcome gifts were super nice and thoughtful, even personalised treats for the dog! We honestly couldn't have asked for more, and will definitely be looking to come back in the future :)

Meadow View, Luxury Barn, near York

Definitely the loveliest and best appointed airbnb's that we've stayed in. The place was immaculate and beautifully situated in rolling countryside with great views. We loved sitting out on the terrace for eating and drinking. Helen had vertical generously provided us with a bottle of prosecco, biscuits, cereal, milk, tea & coffee! There is plenty of room to park 2 and more cars.
