Just 15 minutes away from the center of Utrecht, you will find this beautiful, peaceful, newly renovated and modern home with a big green garden to relax in. Our beautiful house is just a 2-minute walk from a small lake. The area is characterized with several parks and plenty of child friendly playgrounds. It is a big house with garden, close to the city. Nice and comfortable!

You'll sleep in the 2nd floor bedroom with royal sized double bed (180x200). PS: Utrecht collects 6% tourist tax (which is inclusive in the price you pay)
