Enjoy a townhouse, close to all shops, offering 2 comfortable bedrooms upstairs, a cozy living room and an equipped kitchen for 1 to 4 guests. At the back of the house, a small courtyard and garden furniture will welcome you and a large lockable cellar will secure your bikes. In a few steps, you will reach the towpath that borders the Mayenne, where the VéloFrancette passes, you will visit the Ursuline Convent and you will stroll through the alleys of old Château-Gontier.

This friendly and modern studio on the 1st floor, completely refurbished, will make you fall in love. As we can say "small but cute", indeed it is a one-room studio furnished with a 140 x 190 bed with good quality bedding. We have optimized the space as much as possible. The bathroom and toilet are separate. It is located 50 m from a bakery, in the city center of Chateau-Gontier. Parking is available on the street for free.

In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.

Please note, we add bed linen for the sofa bed only when the accommodation is booked for 3 or more people.
