Nestled between Bald Eagle State Park and Black Moshannon State Park, this is the perfect getaway for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the great outdoors. This home has a unique design reported on Woman’s Day Magazine. It contains cozy and cute decorations as well as open spaces with lots of natural light. One can relax outside on the egg chair, swing, hammock, or in the recreation room with a bar and a foosball table. This residency also happens to be walking distance to restaurants, shops, grocery stores and other convenient locations! It’s close to the bus route to downtown, Bryce Jordan Center, Beaver stadium & the community pool.

Cottage in Warriors Mark

Our Cottage was originally the Barber shop here in Warriors Mark. It was eventually converted into an efficiency apartment. I completely renovated the Cottage over the summer of 2024. The space is very comfortable and inviting with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The space is perfect for a couple. The loveseat easily converts to a full size bed 51x72 inches. It is comfortable for one adult or 2 children. Close to fishing: Little Juniata, Spruce Creek, Raystown Lake.

A relaxing oasis for adults and kids alike, our 1930s Cape Cod is situated along a quiet walking/biking trail and is well-equipped for long and short stays alike. Enjoy our indoor fireplace on cold winter nights, the breezy screened-in porch for your morning coffee or evening drink, and river frontage for hot sunny days. We are an easy drive to State College for athletics, graduation, etc., and close proximity to excellent hiking, fishing, skiing, and water recreation.

Revisit your best Penn State memories in this clean & comfortable pet friendly modern 3 bed/2 bath duplex!  5 min ride to downtown State College and Beaver Stadium.   All new bedding/mattresses, (3 queen) but we also have 2 sofa beds in the loft available & air mattress. About us: Seasoned locals! we live in the other half of this duplex and are available as little or as often as needed ;) Fur babies welcome (under 25lbs..but all must be approved)
