What a pleasure to be hosted by Marino and Nico, the owners of the place, rather than by a dehumanized key box. This place is great for two adults, the equipment is complete, the bedding comfortable. The studio is very well located and has all the necessary equipment. The parking space is an undeniable advantage. We'll be happy to go back as soon as the opportunity arises.

We stayed in Thomas's apartment for a week. Enjoyed the tasteful decor. Very special in such an area as the former Grand Hotel. Within 50m you are with your feet in the sand and the sea. Houlgate has captured our heart with its atmosphere, really French, the shops and restaurants, was a party. Surroundings are also definitely worth a visit. The apartment is lovely to stay in even on a rainy day. We can definitely recommend this.

Our stay went very well. The apartment was very clean, the instructions clear, and true to the photo. Suzanne was responsive to our messages and flexible for our arrival. The location of the apartment is perfect, close to the sea and shops. We always found a free space in front of the building despite the lack of parking in the listing.
