Villa vacation rentals in Houlgate

We had a pleasant stay at Irene and Yves' house, which was quite suitable for hosting us with our children and grandchildren (5 adults and 5 children). The house is very well equipped and tastefully decorated. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the nice garden because of the weather. The house is ideally located 5 minutes walk from the center of Villers sur mer and 10 minutes from the beach. Cleaning was impeccably done. Thanks to Caroline for hosting. We would recommend this rental unreservedly.

We had a great week with the 3 generation family - 5 adults and 2 children 3 & 1 . The accommodation was good and there was plenty of room for the grandchildren to run around both inside and out. The indoor pool was a great asset. The equipment was comprehensive for all ages and needs. Highly recommend.

The house was beautiful in stunning countryside and Marie was an amazing host. I left my handbag and she helped sort out the delivery back to me. We were only there for a short time but would have liked to stay longer.

Beautiful house located a short walk to the beach on a quiet street. The kitchen is particularly well equipped: everything is designed to cook comfortably. The host is very responsive and communication is clear. Small point to note: Private parking is limited to 2 vehicles but it's easy to park on the street.

The house in Houlgate has much charm and character. We had a much-enjoyed family reunion there in June 2025. Although the house is old, the plumbing is not. Fortunately, there is no TV set. The beach is out the door, the tides really amazing, and the sun sets spectacularly into the water. The barbecue is old, but we managed to get it to work with some effort. Houlgate is village just east of Sword beach, and all the D-day activities can be easily accessed. Sea breezes keep the place cool, especially at night. Magic!

A perfect stay close to the sea! Very clean, bright, well-equipped house and perfectly as advertised. Everything is new and very well thought out. The location is ideal: beach, shops and restaurants within walking distance. Very nice private parking. We particularly liked the quiet neighborhood and the outdoor courtyard with garden furniture. Responsive and enjoyable hosts. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a wonderful stay at Damien's place. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer to truly enjoy all there is to offer on-site. The checkin went smoothly and was flexible, and Damien was very communicative throughout our stay. He was able to accommodate our extra requests with two babies. The house is well stocked with linens, toys for the kids, everything you might need in the kitchen, and plenty to explore outside. Our daughter enjoyed feeding the ducks and taking endless trips down the slide outside each morning. Our family made great memories here and we hope to come back again in the future!

We enjoyed our time in Deauville. This home had plenty of space for our family to spread out in. The location was great with lots of shops and restaurants within a short walk.

the pluses: Comfortable house very well located and perfectly quiet. Quick access to the beach allows beautiful walks and also arrival in Honfleur by the estuary. The two terraces are ideal for meals for 7/8 people, the large lot is perfectly enclosed and safe for children and dogs even small. The fairly busy road along the land does not cause any disturbance. Depending on the direction of the wind, you can be slightly confused by the sound of Le Havre flares (on the other side )or the passage of a few big boats that make the show! the -: if the kitchen is perfectly equipped in terms of appliances, it is however missing two or three fundamental utensils such as the oven dish exit handles and large service knives. The operation of the living room lighting remained a mystery to us! (untimely outages). Overall, the service is as described quiet and comfortable.

Beautiful house in its green setting. We had a great time. The house is warm, well-equipped, the living room is very nice and the bedrooms are spacious. Beautiful sunny terrace and large enclosed garden ideal for children. Thanks to Mickael for hosting us, everything was perfect.

We stayed for a weekend with friends (12 people) at Villa Boubou where Philippe welcomed us warmly and we had a great time. Passionate about American vehicles, we were able to discuss the subject, a good time of sharing. The guardian cat of the😉😄 premises is adorable and did not fail to welcome us and spend time with us. Top Amenities. Villa Boubou is a good alternative and well located for visiting museums and landing beaches. We had a lovely stay at Alice's house. You are surrounded by horses, cows and sheep. Lots of hiking and biking opportunities in the nature preserve. we enjoyed the house, the outdoor patio and the heated pool. The house is well located to visit the coast and surrounding areas by car. The kitchen is well equipped.

We had a superb week in Karine’s house during the summer. While 30+ degrees outside, inside it remained cool because of the thick 19th century brick walls. The house is spacious and clean with modern fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The indoor pool is in a separate building in the large private garden. It was difficult to convince the kids to get out of the pool to go visit things in the neighbourhood. Much larger pool than the pictures indicate also. Karine welcomed us and showed us around, she’s very friendly and always available when needed. Absolutely recommended!

Stunning villa and has everything you need. The space is even nicer in person and hosts were very nice and flexible. Bring your own coffee and coffee filters though and towels :)
