Located on the second floor in the Historic Wing. The original fir ceiling and wall take you back to when the mayor used this room. Relax while you enjoy a soak in the antique clawfoot bathtub in the private bathroom (no separate shower). There is a ceiling fan for your comfort. Breakfast is complimentary.

The space
Enjoy modern amenities while staying in this historical boutique hotel. The Inn began as a modest cabin in 1885 for the Gilbert family, and later an addition to the home resulted in the Queen Anne style which exists today. Family keepsakes, antiques and art remind you of the history of the Inn. The hotel features 11 guest rooms with private bathrooms. Each room is tastefully decorated with beautiful furnishings and amenities both modern and historical. There are common areas for reading and relaxing, such as the Sunroom, where breakfast is served and the lobby where you can sit by the fireplace. On sunny days enjoy the outdoor patio or a lounge chair outdoors. This is a two-level Inn, so please let us know if climbing stairs will be an issue for you. This is a family and pet friendly hotel.

Breakfast time is from 8-10 am in the Sunroom.

-Our hotel room no longer features unnecessary items such as pens and decorative pillows.
-When guests stay more than one night, their accommodations are not being cleaned daily unless specifically requested.
-After guests leave, the rooms are being disinfected by the products from hotel industry-recognized brand Ecolab; multi-surface cleaner and disinfectants are being used that are recommended for COVID safety.
-We clean off the keys and movies when the guests return.  
-All linens sanitized in the high-temperature wash.
-Regularly sanitized high-traffic areas.
-Staff required to regularly wash hands.
