Marshall was great, very responsive, and his instructions were clear. He made check in and check out an extremely smooth process. The house was beautiful and exactly like the pictures. It is a great place to stay with your family and at a great location . I recommend this place to everyone .

We had a great stay here. The scenery was spectacular. The deck is a perfect place to read or just sit and watch the waves. If you don’t want to be outside, you can sit in the cozey front room and watch from the large picture windows. The house was clean and comfortable. We love it here! 😊

I stayed here for 10 wks and it was everything I needed and more. It’s peaceful for studying and relaxing, spacious, offers the best views of large ships entering and leaving the Columbia River from the ocean, and has everything you need for cooking and within walking distance for dining out and shopping. There’s a Safeway within walking distance and a Costco about 15 minutes south off 101 in Warrenton. The most unique thing about this place for me was listening to the sea lions every day and you can watch them play with each other on an inaccessible dock just west down the river walk. Host was extremely quick to respond if I had a question and very proactive with anything I needed or might like to know. Only thing I wish this space had was a propane grill outside for bbq noms. I wanted to vacuum and lay the rugs in their original spaces after packing but ran out of time, I’m sorry about that! Thank you for sharing this beautiful space in Astoria, Jura!

Cindy's cottage was the perfect place for our quick family weekend beach getaway. The cottage was very clean, comfortable and well located near the beach and the promenade. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Heather and her family were great hosts! Their place was at a perfect location with the perfect space for 4 people. Hot tub was great and they had everything you need for cooking. Would highly recommend!

So close to the beach! It’s definitely an older house but it was perfect for a fun weekend on the beach with our dogs.

This was a great, beautiful place. a lot of extras provided, like beach toys, board games, dvd's. The towels after use, had an odd smell, and the hinges were loose on a few things around the house. overall, I would recommend staying here.

Edgar's condo was perfect for our business/family vacation. Our kids absolutely loved going down to the pool to hang out and I enjoyed the hot tub on multiple occasions. It has a direct view of the ocean, which was nice! The pool has a door that leads directly to the beach. We had a campfire on the beach one evening and had s'mores. We also picked up fish another night and grilled on the balcony. The basic spices and kitchen tools were there. If you had specific spice needs, you might want to bring them, but there's a Safeway and a fish Market both within a couple miles. Tons of restaurants and coffee shops within a few blocks. The only thing I would do differently next time is bring some ground coffee, because although there was Folger's, we're a little more picky about our coffee! There are several coffee shops within walking distance, so it really wasn't a big deal. Thanks for an amazing stay, Edgar!

The location of the unit and view were not ideal. Prefer a unit closer to the beach. We don’t know the exact location until check in.

The room was spacious and very clean. Hotel is in excellent location for walking around seaside. Pool was awesome and the resort offered a lot of amenities. We did get a different room than pictured so if you’re hoping for a specific view keep that in mind. But overall it was a great place to stay.

Great location and amenities. The year round heated pool is awesome. You walk out the door and the beach is right there. Same with the restaurants, arcade, bumper cars, tilt a whirl etc. Perfect location. There’s even a game room with pool, arcade games, ping pong. The kids loved it!

WorldMark resort is in the midst of things in Seaside. Walk to restaurants and beach. Apartment itself is nice and spacious and resort has a decent pool, games room and gym. Highly recommended for a young family.

Chris was a fantastic host, available when we needed, but not in our day to day. The space was clean, warm and inviting.

The condo is lovely and spotless. Getting to it from the parking garage is also easy. We loved the condo but didn’t love the sales pitch for their timeshare at the concierge during check-in. Also the pool and hot tub was super busy and not appealing. We enjoy more private places usually so this may be your thing if you are into cruise ship type of vacations.

This is my third time staying in the property, but the first time booking with Randi. I appreciated that she proactively contacted me the day before check-in to give me a little bit more information about check-in. Since the property is a timeshare, it’s done a little bit differently and she made sure to let me know it’s OK to say no to their offer for information. Although I didn’t see it in time and purchase the Internet package at the hotel, she did email me right at the time of check-in to let me know the password. The property itself is fantastic. Right on the beach and easy access to everything in seaside. I would definitely stay here again, and would be happy to book through Randi again.

6 Ladies from Canada had a fantastic trip to Seaside! Huge place with ample sleeping steps from the water . We loved the home! Beach was fantastic and the view stunning. We hot tubed, bbq, fire table and had a bonfire . We went into Astoria and visited all the local attractions and enjoyed Cannon Beach. Would stay again ! Fire place is Gas and is BBQ outside. Bathrooms and all amenities provided . Overall 5 Star!

Our third stay at this place - one of our all time favorite airbnbs. Last time we suggested that add a charger for EVs -and they did, which is great. We’ll be back

We loved our stay! The house was charming, clean, and comfortable. It's RIGHT on the beach with huge windows overlooking the ocean. The hot tub was well-maintained and secluded. We didn't use it but there's a big wood-burning fireplace that would be amazing and cozy in the winter. The house was perfect for me and my boyfriend and Kristina was an amazing and friendly host! She made sure we had absolutely everything we needed, was flexible about our check-in and check-out time and she's even going through the trouble of mailing me my glasses after I forgot them there. I will definitely be booking again, I can't wait to go back in the summer where we can enjoy their outdoor space even more <3

We needed a change of scenery over Memorial Day weekend badly, and with a 3 year old and 6 year old having a rental property as kid-friendly as Kelsey's was SO awesome. We didn't have to bring anything - books, toys, beach wagons, sand toys - ALL of that stuff was there, and because it was new to my kids, it was extra special. The sleeping accommodations were incredibly comfortable, with blackout shades and a noise machine in the kids room, and we made a delicious meal in the wonderfully appointed kitchen. We will definitely be back!

If you are looking for beautiful, peaceful, private ocean front location--this is it! The setting is absolutely beautiful! We had walks on the beach and beautiful sunsets everyday. We stayed here with family-- 7 of us and there was plenty of space for all. Very convenient to Cannon beach, Manzanita beach, and Garibaldi Beach as well as hikes, look outs and points of interest. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed, the washer and dryer were a plus (love coming home with clean clothes in the suitcase) and the host was very responsive to texts and calls. They also welcomed us with a bottle of Oregon wine which was such a great gesture! We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend!

Loved the location and privacy! Fun to have the toys in the garage like the beach chairs, scooters and helmets, and kites.

Great place! About 1 mile from town wish it was just a little closer! Right on an inlet and beautiful. We had six people so it was definitely a tight squeeze in the kitchen and dining area, but the living room room fit us all comfortably!

We enjoyed our stay at Phillip’s place. It was private & peaceful. We saw bunnies, birds, deer & a hawk. The place itself is older with older faucets, bathrooms, etc, but I personally enjoyed that type of feel. The place was clean, and pretty well stocked In terms of things like garbage bags & soap. We enjoyed roasting marshmallows at the propane fire pit. The fireplace area has cozy window nooks which our pets enjoyed looking out. This home is located near the whale carcass that washed up about a week ago, and while you cannot smell it from the house, you can as you crest the walking path to the beach just before you come into view of the ocean. Once you reach the beach the odor dissipates. The path to the beach is well marked & not too far of a walk. While cars can drive along the beach at this location they mostly go at reasonable speeds & you pretty much have the beach to yourself. We enjoyed our stay!
