Bedroom with large bed, separated the bedroom by a large wardrobe from the living room (with very comfortable sofa bed (4 feet width)), bathroom (in closed room), kitchen (with kitchenware),and terrace.
Fully equipped with fridge, electric cooking, oven, microwave, washing machine, Coffee maker, iron, water boiler, Plasma TV, air conditioning (Heat/Cool)) and furnished. Block of 9 apartments ( 6 of 2 bedrooms (up to a maximum of 5 people) and 3 of 1 bedroom (maximum of 3 people).

The apartments are newly built (July 2007) and are fully furnished and fully equipped bathrooms and kitchen (washing machine, oven, microwave, hob, bathtub, shower)They are air conditioning (cold and hot) and terrace.
They also have a community pool with an area around it for sunbathing (sun loungers). The services included in the price are cleaning and change of sheets and towels 2 times a week, WIFI internet from any point of the apartments, private safe in apartments, plasma TV with connection to Digital+, 1 parking space.
The apartments are located 400 meters from the beach and the city center and connected in stations very close to the apartments, by train and bus, with Barcelona city (30 minutes walk).
