Robert’s home was perfect for our needs. We desperately needed a weekend getaway that was peaceful and relaxing, and this home did not disappoint. The personalized details were a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed everything about our trip.

Our family had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The home was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had an amazing outdoor space. Our kids loved playing sports outside, and to our surprise, the sloped driveway made for some great soccer matches! The kitchen was well-equipped, and we appreciated having a charcoal grill for outdoor cooking. While we weren’t able to use the fire pit due to a county burn ban from high winds, we recommend checking local alerts before arrival to set expectations. The nature trails within The Village were absolutely scenic and beautiful. There’s also a basketball court—so don’t forget to bring your own basketball! The mini-golf course was a fun addition, though it closes early in the afternoon unless you bring your own putter and golf balls. Overall, we highly recommend this home! Mark was a wonderful host, always responsive and helpful. We’d love to stay here again!

The home is beautiful and well maintained with lots of thoughtful touches, down to foil in the kitchen and detergent in the laundry room. The only very minor thing we weren't expecting is that the front door is almost 50% glass, which is beautiful, but you can see straight through the house from the street at night if the lights are on. The neighborhood is a fairly eclectic mix of properties. The house is on a dead-end street with minimal traffic, so the door window was not a major issue for us, we just prefer a bit more privacy. It was a very peaceful stay, and we really enjoyed it. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying here! It was nice to be able to walk downtown for shopping and restaurants along with getting on hiking trials in the national park. We spent majority of our time on the cozy front porch!

The location is right on the water, with a beautiful outdoor area that we really enjoyed. The house was extremely clean and well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. All of the beds were very comfortable, which made for great rest after busy days. Our kids had a blast in the game room, and we all enjoyed the selection of games available in the house. James was a wonderful host—he checked in with us and made sure everything was going smoothly. The location is ideal—you get the peaceful lakefront setting while still being just a short drive from downtown Hot Springs. We had an amazing trip and would definitely stay here again!

Such a beautiful home! The decor is classy but fun. Each room is beautifully detailed. Not one space was overlooked. Very spacious, warm and cozy rooms. Super stocked kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room. They thought of everything and did not skimp on anything! So thoughtful and creative. Beautiful outside area with multiple spaces to cook, relax, visit with each other, enjoy the lake view and sit around the awesome fire pit. Thanks for the complimentary S’more fixins’! Pleasant surprises at every turn. Close enough to downtown Hot Springs. We shopped, had lunch and enjoyed the baths and spa. The perfect girls’ birthday get-a-way! The Exchange was the perfect place to settle in for a night in Hot Springs! Easily walkable to numerous downtown locations, yet quite and peaceful for a evening of rest and relaxation. The patio was the perfect addition to staying in! The room was nicely stocked with all needed amenities (thank you for the reusable Mountain Valley aluminum bottles!) and was squeaky clean! We look forward to staying again with this group!

The condo was very nicely decorated and new. View of lake was great. Ryan responded quickly when I was having trouble locating the correct condo( the email send with instructions on the day of arrival was sent to my spam) Ryan was very helpful as I was running late for a meeting and needed in the condo. It was extremely quiet at the complex. The complex itself is not maintained very well. At first it was concerning but once we were in the condo and settled everything was really nice. The condo was as described and was very comfortable. Everything we needed was supplied. Really good especially for the price.

We love this condo on the lake!! The views are perfect with a large sliding door and window. The place was stocked perfectly. The linens and towels are amazing! Highly recommend!!

John is an excellent host. He is so kind and responsive. He even helped me sort out an issue with my trailer hitch, which wS great because then I got to know him a bit better. He’s created a very homey space either everything you might need. Bonus points for the incredible early morning Spring bird calls.

We had a great stay! The house was private and in a convenient location to the state parks and Hot Springs National Park. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and reading in a quiet setting too! The house was super clean and the beds were so comfortable. Thanks for an awesome stay!

The place was so nice and clean! It also had a lot of extra things like beach towels, floats. Coffee and more! The host was so nice at telling us all the fun things to do close!

This condo was perfect for our stay. It was quiet and clean. We loved the loft style bedroom. If there was anything that was missing it would be a tv in the bedrooms. We would stay again!

Great place to stay in Hot Springs. The view of the Lake was so peaceful every morning with my cup of coffee. There was enough room for my whole family of 5. Amanda was a great host. We will stay here again!
