House vacation rentals in Hot Springs Village

This place has everything a family could want. All the games, the pool, the lake and having access to paddle boards and kayaks was so much fun. This is a beautiful home and surroundings. It was very clean. Only thing I could think of that we needed once we got there was a lighter, ice and a little fire wood. Our stay was a blast and I'd go back.

We had a wonderful stay at this quaint townhouse — it’s perfect for a couple’s retreat. The peaceful surroundings and nearby trail made for a relaxing getaway; we enjoyed walking the trail several times during our stay. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to prepare simple, delicious meals. The bedrooms are spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. The entire home was spotless and free of clutter, which we really appreciated. We also found some thoughtful starter supplies provided, which helped us settle in easily. Highly recommend this property — it’s secluded, private, and offers a great space to unwind.

This is a great location for anyone looking to explore Hot Springs and have a nice place to return to and relax. I strongly recommend trying it out.

Jana's place was fabulous and I would love to stay there again. It was quiet, peaceful and everything a family would want. It was a pleasure to unwind after a day of activities. This rental was great! Very clean, easy to find, and just as described. The AC works great, which is always a plus during Arkansas summers. We ate at Bubba Brew’s down the street. Highly recommend that as well. There’s a partial lake view from the front porch. We enjoyed sitting out there and seeing boats zoom by. Its location is near several restaurants, gas stations, liquor stores, coffee shops, Kroger, etc. Very convenient! We will definitely return.

Amazing house with lots of room! Not a lot close there was a 10 min plus drive to most things. Loved all the things to do at the house and the house was comfortable with everything we needed!

We enjoy our stay and loved the house. We had everything we needed and the host was very quick to solve any issues. The kids loved the pool too. We will definitely book again. The only thing to be aware of is one bedroom has a skylight so it was uncomfortable in the mornings

Amazing place to stay!! We vacationed here with three kids under 7. The game room was the cherry on top of our stay. We found ourselves sitting out on the lawn while the kids ran around and entertained themselves. We highly recommend this home if you are looking for a quiet getaway.

The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Price was great. Description did not do the beauty of the place justice. Very beautiful vegetable and flower garden. Kitchen well stocked. We will definitely stay again if we come back to area.

Great place to stay with kids. The game room was amazing. The kitchen was very well furnished and full filled all our needs.

The house was peaceful and matched Sal’s description. Sal was very responsive throughout our stay. Everything was clean, there were plenty of linens & towels, and we had abundant space for a larger group. My friends and I all enjoyed our weekend trip here.

This place was wonderful and super clean. It is in a gated community. View of the lake was amazing but getting to the lake is very treacherous- it is paved but Very Steep! We only went down once due to being exhausted by the time you got back up… but the house and surrounding A++++++

The house is comfortable and homey. We could easily stay there a month at a time. The kitchen is particularly well appointed with cooking utensils, dishes and spices. The beds are comfortable with lots of extra bedding. Everything works. If we visit the area again we will stay here.

We visited for our nephew/grandson high school graduation. location was in close proximity to my sisters home which made visting at her home easy. location was quiet. private and provided all we needed for a comfortable stay.

From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and at peace. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. The layout of the house was perfect, with spacious rooms and big, luxurious bathrooms that made us feel right at home. We especially loved how the home overlooks the golf course – such a peaceful and beautiful view! Whether we were sipping coffee on the porch or relaxing in the cozy living room, we felt God’s blessings all around us. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space—our hearts are full, and we can’t wait to return!

We spent 3 weeks at Kit’s rental with views of Lake Desoto and had a fabulous trip! The Host’s communication was thorough and prompt. We appreciated the weather / icy road updates as well as recommendations for things to do in HSV and the surrounding area. The location by the Lake was quiet and i side it felt like home right away. It was very well maintained, clean and clear of clutter. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The deck overlooked a tall tree forested area which was great for bird watching and views of the lake. The grill and hammocks were a great touch. After 5 years of renting different places we plan to return here every year!

This place was amazing with a great view! The host were unbelievably amazing! Me and my friends all loved them and how loved how much they helped us with stuff if we needed. Very kind and definitely awesome people! We will definitely be back to this spot!

If you have an upcoming trip to Hot Springs Village to take advantage of the amazing golf courses and beautiful surroundings, look no further than this home! We had a group of eight guys in town for three days to play four rounds of golf and this house was perfect! The patio set up was awesome with the view of one of the best looking golf courses in the Village! Three out of the eight guests have played HSV before, and we all agreed that this home was by far our favorite. I hope this Home is available on our next time in town for golf!
