Family-friendly vacation rentals in Hot Springs

We had such a wonderful time and would 100% rebook with Elizabeth! the home was beautiful, and it is so rare to find a dog friendly location with a fenced in yard. Our dogs had such a great time as well, and everything was so comfortable and clean and relaxing!

A really sweet house in a quiet neighborhood. Everything we wanted to do in and around Asheville was within an easy 10-15 drive. The house was super clean with very comfy beds and plenty of space for our family of three. The host gave helpful instructions right when we needed them and was very responsive and kind. Checkout was a breeze and we’re already looking forward to staying here again!

We had a nice relaxing stay. Beautiful views and the hot tub was fun. There was plenty of space for our family of 6. We didn’t even use one of the bedrooms.

This cabin was perfect for my husband and I's trip. We loved that it was just off the parkway of downtown Gatlinburg, but a very close drive. It was quiet and felt very private even though neighbors were on either side. The cabin was small but cozy, perfect for a romantic getaway. The bed was comfortable, the hot tub was wonderful and perfect for the cold nights. We did have a visitor one morning when we opened the front door and saw a bear heading into the trees on the other side of the street. Overall highly recommend this cabin and we will definitly be coming back to visit in the future!

Truly incredible getaway just close enough to the excitement of Asheville and it’s amenities while also being able to have privacy and seclusion at the cabin itself. Cannot wait to come back!

Very nice place to stay up in the mountains! Beautiful surroundings and quiet neighborhood. Host is very responsive and even had a paper inside the house with recommendations of where to eat, plus reached out to make sure we doing well! It is also easy to get up the mountain even if you don’t have a bigger vehicle:)

This is our second time staying in one of Cindy’s homes. We absolutely loved it!! The view from the top deck was amazing! The home was clean when we arrived. The home felt very cozy as well! We enjoyed one of the bedrooms and bathrooms being upstairs and separated from the other rooms. The house had great sunlight coming in from the big windows upstairs. Our fifth guest found the sofa bed in the loft to be a little uncomfortable but we had brought an air mattress that we used up there instead. All of the instructions are clear and we actually didn’t think it was hard to get to! The area was very quiet and peaceful. We thought the location was centrally located to all the attractions we did. Cindy is always friendly when talking to her!

Owen was very thoughtful and very accommodating. The place is right next to the forest and very quiet. The kitchen was fully equipped and had basic condiments already, which made easy for us to cook there. Surely we will stay agin in the future when i visit this area.

Smithson was very friendly and accommodating. The cottage was very clean and felt like home and relaxing. I highly recommend the cottage for a wonderful visit in Asheville NC. We will definitely be back!!!

I loved this place! It was spotless. The beds were so comfortable and the linens and comforters were of good quality. The tub and shower were awesome! I really appreciate a nice shower. It had great pressure and we never even came close to running out of hot water. The pictures are accurate as far as what is in the unit, but they really don’t do it just. I thought it was nicer than the pictures. If I am ever back in the area, I will definitely stay here again! Thank you, Natalie, for a great stay!

The cottage was perfect and peaceful. Easy walk to several restaurants. Wonderful back yard and very cozy.

It was a wonderful stay. The home has a cozy boho vibe, I fell in love instantly. My favorite part of the stay is their record player with a small record collection. I would stay at the house again!

We stayed almost a whole month and truly felt at home. Loved every single thing about this little cottage on an orchard. Pat is a superstar host in my book. Always responsive and helpful in any way. We loved the location it's the perfect mix of feeling isolated but really only 5 minutes to the grocery store. Everything you need for an extended stay is right here. We'll be back!

The cabin was beautiful and had everything we needed. The view of the Smokies was spectacular. Very clean. The owner checked in to make sure everything was satisfactory and was very respinsive.

My wife and I brought one of our sons here for his 13th birthday trip. Every morning before we went out and every night after we got back, we got in a few rounds of pool and a couple arcade games. These amenities were great and my son and I each managed to get high scores on some of the arcade games. I definitely recommend this location for small families.

We have stayed here several times and always enjoy the condo. It’s a nice place to come home too after a day of sightseeing. The jacuzzi is a huge plus, and the bed is very comfortable. Easy walking distance to town as well. It’s definitely a cute and cozy little condo.

Michael’s place was amazing. Super close to all attractions(less than 5 minutes to Dollywood, Parrot Mountain / 10-15 minutes to the island and pigeon forge) but still super private. The place includes two separate bedrooms with separate bathrooms(tubs and showers), two separate hot tubs on opposite sides of the back deck, a pool table, and an arcade machine(kids loved playing all the classic arcade games) in a quiet gated community. The kitchen has everything you need to cook anything you can think of and the cabin even includes a washer and dryer. Highly recommend you stay here if you are visiting the area. We stayed for a full week and loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Charles was very responsive and provided instructions even before our trip. There was plenty of space for everyone when we arrived. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs. Upstairs had two beds and a huge comfy couch. The place was very clean and the neighborhood was pretty peaceful. The patio wraps around and has plenty of seating for outdoor family time with a grill and a hot tub. There is a view of the resort pool below, which is probably very lively during the summer months. We only had one vehicle, so parking wasn't an issue for us. Although the location isnt walking distance to anything, it is perfect if you want to truly get away from the hustle and bustle. It is only a few minutes out of the city limits of Sevierville where there was a Tanger Outlets. It was also close to Dollywood and Gatlinburg. Overall, we would definitely recommend staying here!

This was our second stay at Carolyn’s wonderful Airbnb, and it was just as perfect as the first! The lake views are absolutely stunning—peaceful, scenic, and the perfect getaway. Carolyn is a fantastic experienced host, thoughtful and welcoming. It felt like coming back home. Our dog got to join us, and he loved it just as much as we did! If you’re traveling with a dog, you can’t beat the accommodations of Carolyn‘s place. It’s so nice to find a place that’s both pet-friendly and convenient and nice and truly relaxing for humans. We can’t recommend Carolyn’s home high enough and will definitely be back again. Thank you, Carolyn, for another amazing visit!
