Beautiful view of the lake from a large terrace with sun until late in the evening. Suitable for up to 4 people. From this place in a perfect location you have easy access to everything. Centrally located in the city center. 2 min walk to the square and 1 min to the grocery store. Bus stop right next to it. Short distance to several swimming beaches. 1st floor: entrance, living room/kitchen and bathroom. New 55" TV. 2nd floor: Bedroom and sleeping alcoves. The bedroom has 2 beds with 90 cm width. The sleeping alcove has a bed with 120 cm width.
