Spacious, well appointed barn built to extremely high specification with own patio and garden overlooking another established garden and fields. Designer kitchen and breakfast bar with through lounge/dining space, under floor heating and wood burning stove make this very cosy with all needs catered for. Stay in our lovely bright studio annexe, in the grounds of our house on the outskirts of Billingshurst. Ideally situated to explore West Sussex we are close to Petworth, Parham House, Arundel and the South Downs National Park. The Studio has a comfortable King size bed, seating area, kitchen with 2 ring hob, microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine and a fully fitted bathroom. There is also a freeview TV and Wifi. The Studio is independent of the main property and has its own parking space.

The Pump House has immediate access to footpaths and bridleways with views of the surrounding countryside, ideal for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers wishing to explore the Sussex countryside. One mile from the pretty village of West Chiltington with its church, pub and stores and a short distance from the South Downs. Places to visit include Arundel, RSPB Pulborough Brooks, Parham House, 'Glorious' Goodwood , vineyard tours/wine tasting and the rewilding at Knepp Castle.
