Lovely annex with many options

Apartment of approx. 22m2 with loft, private bathroom with shower, private kitchen with refrigerator and induction plates. The annex is located at an angle to the carport/tool shed and is in the garden. There are 4 beds, two on the loft and two on the sofa bed. Duvets/pillows/linens/towels/dishcloths are for free use. There is the possibility of borrowing a washing machine/dryer, and the greenhouse is for free use, however, together with the host couple. The home is located about 2 km from the fjord and forest and 8 km from Juelsminde.

Non-smoking home welcomes guests, all smoking must take place outdoors Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, a short distance to the city and nature, all within 1-2 km. You rent 2 rooms, a bathroom and a small hallway locked away from the rest of the house, a private terrace and entrance, as well as a private parking space. There are board games, books and drawing materials that can be freely used. Small kitchenette with microwave, no hotplates. 3/4 bed 140x 195 with Tempur roll mattress. Combined kitchen and living room, a toilet/bath, an entry hall and a bedroom with one queen size bed and two bunk beds. Området byder på vandrestier og cykel- og rideruter. Her er mange udflugtsmuligheder, men afsæt også tid til ophold på gården. Børn ELSKER at være her. The home is part of our property from the 1870s, and was originally an old barn, which we have lovingly restored over the past few years. Ferielejlighed på 1. sal af vores nedlagte landejendom. Den er ca. 30m2. Her er dobbeltseng (160x200), lænestole, sofabord og TV. Spiseplads til 4 og et lille køkken med køl, frys, kogeplader, mikrobølgeovn, kaffemaskine, elkedel mm. Samt et badeværelse med bruser. Lejligheden er aflåst til resten af boligen, og har sin egen tagterrasse hvorfra der også er egen indgang. Fri wifi. Vi har 2 fjordheste, høns, geder og en sød udekat. Leje af fold til medbragt hest muligt.

The apartment is close to the city center and shopping

Bed linens must be brought. Bed linen can be rented for 50 DKK or 7.00 EUR per person. Toilet paper and towels are available upon arrival. Cleaning can be purchased on site for DKK 300.00 or EUR 40.00. There is fast wifi and there is free parking right by the door on the street 24 hours, you should not take care of it says 2 hours on the P sign. Front door code will be available when booking is confirmed.
