We absolutely loved our stay here! Jim and Danyelle were incredibly kind and welcoming hosts. The cottage is cozy, private, and surrounded by stunning countryside, perfect for a peaceful getaway. A special highlight was Chloe, the sweetest cat, who greeted us every morning and made our stay even more memorable

Most awesome accommodation we had in a while. Beautiful surrounding and absolutely privacy. Appartement very need and tasteful. Perfect for a short stay to visit Watkins Glen State Park. Highlight were the marshmallows at our own campfire.

BJ and Barb were incredible hosts, as were Sammy and Bobby the barn cats. BJ took the time to give us a detailed history of the farm and we got to hang out with the goats for a bit. We appreciated the thoughtfulness of little details, like magnetic flashlights on the fridge and the coffee filters so we didn't have to guess what ones were needed. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were perfect, and there was extra bedding if we needed it. You can tell they truely take pride in their place. The other renters in the other apartment said this was their 3rd stay there! The cloud coverage wouldn't allow for us to enjoy the starry nights, but I imagine they are beautiful. The house is cute and comfortable and makes good use of the small footprint. Our dogs loved the fenced-in yard, and the location is fantastic—20 minute walk to delightful downtown Corning and close to groceries, only a half hour from Watkins Glen. Our host was proactive about making sure we had the supplies we needed and gave us an alternate contact when she knew she’d be in an area without cell service for a day. We’d stay here again!
