We had a wonderful stay at this place! The house is modern, cozy and superbly equipped – just like in the photos. The terrace with a grill and seating was especially great, perfect for relaxing family evenings. The area is quiet and green, ideal for switching off. We felt completely comfortable as a family and enjoyed every minute. Communication with the host went smoothly. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back!🥳🥳

We stayed with Ingrid for a week over the turn of the year and felt very comfortable. The cottage is well equipped, very cozy, the beds very comfortable and the view fantastic. Communication with Ingrid was also excellent. We will be happy to come back!

We are two adults and three children (7, 6 and 1). Staying in the vacation home was super cozy, the space was sufficient and with the help of the sauna, we could end our day every evening. There are several hiking trails to discover the area as well as other ways to pass the time in bad weather (animal shelter, several ice halls, glass museum...). Communication with the hosts was straightforward. They were really nice and informed us about everything important. They were also always reachable. We highly recommend the place (also the second slightly larger house).

Amazing loft apartment with comfortable places to lounge after a wonderful day of exploring. Easy access to all Historic sites & local attractions/food. Be ready to climb stairs to access this space, but well worth it.

There were two of us with two large dogs, the space was more than sufficient for us. Everything was clean and what you need in everyday life was available. The location was great, right from the house you could walk nicely in the forest, shops and other activities were quite close. We enjoyed our stay very much. The host was available at all times.

Wonderful place, wonderful host. Perfect location, especially if you are coming with kids: the ski park is just across the road from the property, with skiing and tobogganing, inexpensive. A bigger ski slope is some 7 min driving. The apartment is done beautifully, with care, pleasure to be in, very comfortable. Everything works. Communication with the host was smooth and fast. 100% recommended! Now we want to come back in the summer to experience the lake with the paddle boards.

Very nice, quiet location with terrace and property. Ideal for dog lovers, as it is on the ground floor. Breakfast at the terrace with sunrise- great. Everything you need, Wi-Fi, toaster, kettle even dishwasher and washing machine incl. Tabs. Roland responded promptly to inquiries. I would book again.

Great hosts. Very nice farmhouse. Tastefully decorated. Everything you need is there. The village offers a quiet environment. Perfect for relaxing. Also for our little dog. There were no problems between our dog and the hosts' dogs. We had a relaxing vacation and a good time. Thank you very much.

We have stayed at many Airbnbs over the years but this has been one of the most special. An attractive, clean and tidy family home, with wonderful grassy garden space comprising a large veranda, outdoor seating, large trampoline, and an exceptional swimming pool. All set in a peaceful rural environment, with woods and endless walking, running or cycling on the doorstep. The house is perfect for families or those seeking tranquility, with or without a mix of physical activity. Other highlights include Moorea the friendly cat, the garden fire pit, fruit and vegetables from the garden, the incredible night sky, and the spooky, autonomous lawn robot that comes out at night ;) Bad Leonfelden centre or nearby supermarkets are a convenient 10 min walk. We were welcomed by Thomas's attentive and friendly dad who also took care of the pool. Thomas himself responded instantly to any enquiries we had. It has been a memorable stay in your beautiful family home, Thomas. Thank you!

It was an amazing stay at a cozy place in a lovely location with a wonderful host. It's been 2nd time I've stayed at Monika's spaces. What can I say? She is the most welcoming, friendly and responsive host one can find. Looking forward to spending next year spring break at Monika's!

Lovely misto u les s vyhledem na Lipno n.V. Moderni plne vybavena chaloupka. Misto, where the licks literally give a good night - we had a l Press in the garden:) Below the house there is a well-known trail to Frymburk - 3km (for a super 10/11km circuit). There's nothing to complain about, we recommend and we'd love to stay here again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this house! Already upon arrival we were delighted: everything was super clean, stylishly decorated and exactly as in the description – if not better. The location is perfect: quiet and idyllic, but still well connected. We would like to highlight the loving details in the house – from the cozy decor to the little touches that made the stay even more pleasant. Nicole was incredibly friendly, quickly accessible and provided us with great tips for the area. We felt completely comfortable and would have preferred to stay longer. The house exceeded our expectations both in the amenities, there was really everything, as well as in the loving and tasteful decoration. There were fresh roses in every room. An enchanted garden with plenty of seating completed the whole thing. We particularly enjoyed feeding the many different birds and squirrels and watching them at the various feeding stations. We've never had such a clean and perfectly equipped house where we felt so comfortable. Full score with stars.

Beautiful idyllic accommodation equipped with the most necessary. My little daughter loved the carousel and the opportunities to play outside. Very nice hosts who were always available. For us, the overnight stay in the shepherd's wagon was a special experience. We will be happy to come back.

Nice place with beautiful views, a great playground for the kids and also some toys inside. Well-equipped kitchen and fine beds. Wifi was a bit slow but didn't really bother us. From home immediately walking route in forest with small river and a 15-minute drive away, a few cozy restaurants.
