Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft! Das Haus ist modern, gemütlich und super ausgestattet – genau wie auf den Fotos. Besonders toll war die Terrasse mit Grill und Sitzgelegenheit, perfekt für entspannte Familienabende. Die Gegend ist ruhig und grün, ideal zum Abschalten. Wir haben uns als Familie rundum wohlgefühlt und jede Minute genossen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief reibungslos. Klare Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder!🥳🥳

Wir sind zwei Erwachsene und drei Kinder (7, 6 und 1). Der Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus war super gemütlich, der Platz war ausreichend und mit Hilfe der Sauna, konnten wir jeden Abend unseren Tag ausklingen lassen. Es gibt etliche Wanderwege zum Entdecken der Gegend sowie weitere Möglichkeiten, sich die Zeit bei schlechteren Wetter zu vertreiben (Tierfreigehege, mehrere Eishallen, Glasmuseum,...). Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war unkompliziert. Sie waren wirklich nett und haben uns über alles Wichtige informiert. Zudem waren sie immer erreichbar. Wir können die Unterkunft (auch das zweite etwas größere Haus) wärmstens empfehlen.

Wir waren über den Jahreswechsel eine Woche bei Ingrid und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Häusle ist super ausgestattet, sehr gemütlich, die Betten sehr bequem und die Aussicht traumhaft. Auch die Kommunikation mit Ingrid war ausgezeichnet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns bei René sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, die Hütte hat alle was man braucht. Eine gemütliche Hütte in einer wunderschönen Lage. Wir wurden mit unseren beiden Hunden sehr nett empfangen und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft war perfekt um zu Fuß mit den Kids die Stadt Passau zu erkunden. Alles in allem ist die Unterkunft sehr schön und toll eingerichtet. Mängel werden sofort behoben, was den Vermieter sehr vertrauenswürdig macht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Waren zu zweit mit zwei großen Hunden, der Platz war mehr als ausreichend für uns. Alles war sauber und was man im Alltag benötigt, war vorhanden. Die Lage war top, direkt vom Haus aus konnte man im Wald schön spazieren, Läden und weitere Unternehmungen waren recht nahe. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Der Host war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar.

Wonderful place, wonderful host. Perfect location, especially if you are coming with kids: the ski park is just across the road from the property, with skiing and tobogganing, inexpensive. A bigger ski slope is some 7 min driving. The apartment is done beautifully, with care, pleasure to be in, very comfortable. Everything works. Communication with the host was smooth and fast. 100% recommended! Now we want to come back in the summer to experience the lake with the paddle boards.

Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage mit Terrasse und Grundstück. Ideal für Hundefreunde, da ebenerdig. Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Sonnenaufgang- super. Alles vorhanden was man braucht, WLAN, Toaster, Wasserkocher sogar Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine incl. Tabs. Roland antwortete bei Rückfragen umgehend. Ich würde wieder buchen.

Great hosts. Very nice farmhouse. Tastefully decorated. Everything you need is there. The village offers a quiet environment. Perfect for relaxing. Also for our little dog. There were no problems between our dog and the hosts' dogs. We had a relaxing vacation and a good time. Thank you very much.

We have stayed at many Airbnbs over the years but this has been one of the most special. An attractive, clean and tidy family home, with wonderful grassy garden space comprising a large veranda, outdoor seating, large trampoline, and an exceptional swimming pool. All set in a peaceful rural environment, with woods and endless walking, running or cycling on the doorstep. The house is perfect for families or those seeking tranquility, with or without a mix of physical activity. Other highlights include Moorea the friendly cat, the garden fire pit, fruit and vegetables from the garden, the incredible night sky, and the spooky, autonomous lawn robot that comes out at night ;) Bad Leonfelden centre or nearby supermarkets are a convenient 10 min walk. We were welcomed by Thomas's attentive and friendly dad who also took care of the pool. Thomas himself responded instantly to any enquiries we had. It has been a memorable stay in your beautiful family home, Thomas. Thank you!

Tolles Haus, mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Wir waren 2 Familien mit einem kleinen Kind, die Ausstattung war für Kleinkinder ein Traum. Der Garten lädt zum Entspannen und Spielen ein. Das Zentrum und alle Aktivitäten sind super mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir haben die Woche im Chalet sehr genossen und würden immer wieder kommen.

Die Lage ist perfekt: ruhig und idyllisch, aber trotzdem gut angebunden. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die liebevollen Details im Haus – von der gemütlichen Einrichtung bis hin zu den kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten, die den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht haben. Nicole war unglaublich freundlich, schnell erreichbar und hat uns mit tollen Tipps für die Umgebung versorgt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Das Haus übertraf unsere Erwartungen sowohl in der Ausstattung, es gab wirklich alles, wie auch in der liebevollen und geschmackvollen Dekoration. Es gab frische Rosen in jedem Raum. Ein verwunschener Garten mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten hat das ganze komplettiert. Besondere Freude hat uns gemacht, die vielen verschiedenen Vögel und Eichhörnchen zu füttern und an den diversen Futterstationen zu beobachten. Wir hatten noch nie ein so sauberes und perfekt ausgestattetes Haus, in dem wir uns so wohl gefühlt haben. Volle Punktzahl mit Sternchen.

Schöne idyllische Unterkunft mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Meine kleine Tochter liebte das Karussell und die Möglichkeiten draußen zu spielen. Sehr nette Gastgeber, die jederzeit erreichbar waren. Für uns war die Übernachtung im Schäferwagen ein besonderes Erlebnis. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fijne plek met prachtig uitzicht, een geweldige speeltuin voor de kinderen en ook binnen wat speelgoed. Goed uitgeruste keuken en fijne bedden. Wifi was wat traag, maar heeft ons niet echt gehinderd. Vanaf huis meteen wandelroute in bos met klein riviertje en op kwartiertje rijden paar gezellige restaurants.
