The Cottage at Horstead Farm

A lovely 1 bedroom cottage which is very well equipped with every luxury, central heating, full cooking facilities including air fryer, microwave and full oven and hob. Set in a beautiful country village which is peaceful and picturesque and yet on the main road through the village and so is easy to find. Perfect for walking holidays as there are many footpaths and Bridlepaths. Village pub offering home made food most days. Very peaceful environment.

Horbury town, walkable to all amenities.

Within easy walking distance to all that Horbury has to offer. Whether it’s a gorgeous cake and coffee or a glass of wine or beer it’s all on your doorstop . Both the M1 and M62 motorway networks are only a 10 minute drive away . If you don’t fancy driving there are regular buses to Wakefield or Leeds where you can shop til you drop. The back courtyard garden is a private sun trap where you can relax and only hear the church bells ringing
