Nous recommandons chaleureusement ce logement. L’hôtesse était très accueillante, le logement est charmant, et nous avons apprécié la possibilité de faire du yoga sur place, même si nous n’avons pas eu le temps d’en profiter. Le lieu est magnifique, très bien placé en Bavière. N’hésitez plus !

L'appartamento è pulitissimo, la biancheria è profumata, a disposizione c'è qualsiasi cosa serva per un soggiorno. La posizione a dieci minuti di auto dal centro è comoda. Ottimo il parcheggio privato. Siamo soddisfattissimi.

Beautiful place within walking distance to the ski area. The apartment is actually bigger and nicer than the pictures show, great house!

Apartment fits our needs for space and privacy for 6 adults. Fully equipped kitchen helps to enjoy your time during your holiday. Big and hand made table from raw wood is perfect center of the ground floor, where entire group can enjoy from common time.

Sehr sehr schönes Appartement. Zu dritt perfekt. Man muss nur ein ziemlich steiles stück zur Gondel oder zur Bushaltestelle laufen.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Innsbruck! The location was peaceful and quiet, and close to a bus station which took us to the Innsbruck city center. The views from the house were beautiful, and the house itself was charming and very clean. Hans was an exceptional host, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Since we didn’t have a car, he kindly drove us to a nearby grocery store and gave us great recommendations for nearby restaurants. His family was also very helpful in providing recommendations for ski resorts in the area. The hosts were always quick to respond to any questions we had, which made everything so much easier. We had the best experience and would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting.

Das Einzimmer-Apartment hat wirklich alles, was man für einen unkomplizierten und entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt! Die Kommunikation war einfach und sehr nett! Ich würde sofort wieder buchen :)

It was a peaceful location with easy access. Everything was as per the description, and Sebastian was very responsive to our queries.

Wir waren sechs Personen in der Unterkunft. Der Check in war sehr unkompliziert. Beeindruckend war die Raumaufteilung auf so wenig Wohnfläche. Auch das jedes Zimmer ein vollwertiges Bad hat. Die Höhe im „Dachgeschoss“ wirkt auf den Bilder höher. Als Erwachsener kann man sich dort aber nur auf allen vieren bewegen. Außerdem gibt es keine Verdunklungsmöglichkeit oder Sichtschutz. Die Spülmaschine ist eine tolle Bereicherung in der Küche. Das Raumklima ist fantastisch. Wir haben die Sauna benutzt. Dort sind auch die Saunatücher & Aufguss dabei.

Einfach super, alles war wie beschrieben und wirklich extrem Sauber. Super zum abschalten und Wandern gehen. Würde wiederkommen

Die Unterkunft war perfekt! Sehr sauber, sehr modern, gut ausgestattet und eine gute Lage. Anna ist eine super Gastgeberin. Sie ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir würden uns sofort wieder für diese schöne Wohnung entscheiden.

Our stay at Anke’s place was fabulous. It felt like our home from the moment we entered. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. The fireplace was lovely to have during winter and the pre Christmas season. We also loved being walking distance to the bakery cafe, the Italian restaurant and the supermarket. We made great use of the bikes provided to explore the lake and surrounding towns. Anke and Tom were super friendly and helpful and I really don’t know what I would have done without them.

Een mooie locatie dichtbij verschillende skigebieden. Een fijn huis om in te verblijven. En Froukje is super gastvrij.

Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub! Die Aufteilung der Zimmer ist ideal & der gemütliche Wohn-Ess-Bereich toll für gemütliche Abende zusammen. Bestimmt kommen wir wieder 😊

Es war einfach nur schön… Echt wie im Paradies. Super nette Gastgeber und stets erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft von Max hat alles, was man braucht und ist sehr großzügig geschnitten. Mit der Terrasse und den vielen Spielmöglichkeiten im Garten auch super für Kinder. Perfekt auch mit dem Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür. Max und seine Familie waren sehr sympathisch und offen, gleichzeitig unaufdringlich und respektvoll. Für ein kleines Missgeschick durch uns gab es Verständnis und das Problem wurde schnell und unkompliziert gelöst. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und hatten eine fantastische Zeit am Chiemsee und in den Bergen.

Wir haben eine volle Woche hier verbracht und haben es sehr genossen. Wenn es kalt ist, kann man das Feuer am Kamin geniessen oder die Sauna und bei Sonnenwetter kann man im Garten sein oder die Umgebung erkunden. Wir haben einen Klettersteig gemacht, Spaziergänge und die Nordkette/Zoo besucht und ein Wellnessbad, aber man kann auch ohne Problem vor Ort verweilen, einfach einen Tag "zuhause" verbringen, da es sehr gemütlich ist. Cristina und Ernst haben alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie waren sehr gut erreichbar, aber wir hatten auch unseren "Space". Vom Schlafzimmer aus sieht man direkt auf die Berge vis-à-vis, die Umgebung ist sehr gepflegt. Es gab eine Waschmaschine und auch die Küche war komplett eingerichtet, wir haben uns direkt sehr dahoam gefühlt.

Was a really beautiful villa with amazing views. We were really well looked after and would not hesitate to come back when we ate in the area in future!

An extremely clean and modern apartment. We chose it as we intended to bring our dog and it had a safe, fenced garden. The kitchen was well kitted out and some drinks awaited us in the fridge which was a nice touch. Instructions re check in etc were clear. Although with road works etc it was a little more complicated to find the property than expected. It might help to have an English option of instructions in the apt as everything was in German. A little folder of guest info would also be helpful too - local restaurants, attractions etc. There was a mini-market close by, and a playground, which we discovered by chance. The only issue we had in an overall lovely stay was the bedding. A heavier duvet would have been appreciated. The pillows (only 2) were small and very uncomfortable, more like small flat cushions. The sofa bed was not prepared in advance and bedding minimal. For an expensive apt out of the city I would have expected this to be better. Still a nice apt and good base!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der Unterkunft, die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und die Ausstattung super. Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Reichersbeuern und Bäckerei, Metzger etc. sind fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir haben von den Gastgebern zudem sehr hilfreiche Tipps für Ausflugsziele erhalten.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und komfortabel. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Fußläufige Verbindung zum kostenfreien Zug nach Innsbruck (Innnsbruck-Karte). Lebensmittelgeschäft in der Nähe. Sehr ruhig gelegen und vom Standort ideal für weitere Ausflüge.
