This is such a sweet spot! Close to everything you need. Gorgeous courtyard. Cute house with awesome amenities (the kids loved the snacks). Our fav part was the cabana- great spot to relax!

Our stay at Tanei’s home in New Orleans was amazing! The house was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had super comfortable beds. My family and I felt completely safe and loved how quiet and beautiful the neighborhood was. We came for a weekend getaway, and it was perfect. The saltwater pool was a huge hit for my family. I also enjoyed morning walks to the lake and taking in the beautiful views. We didn’t use the fireplace, but the home itself was magnificent. Getting around was easy with Uber; wait times were short, and we were only about 15 minutes from the French Quarter and most attractions. Tanei was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making everything smooth. After a long morning of travel, the welcome snacks and water she left were so thoughtful and appreciated, especially with hungry kids! We truly felt at home and will definitely always book her place when visiting NOLA.

We really enjoyed our three nights in your home. The Decor was exceptional and the location was wonderful. We felt very safe in the quiet neighborhood and enjoyed the close proximity to restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Photos of the home are accurate and Barbara was great to work with. We would choose to stay again in future visits to Bay Saint Louis.

What a gorgeous home! We were just blown away when we checked in and couldn't get over the layout and the character of the place. I wish we had had more time, and I will definitely book this place again next time I visit NO. The Marigny has always been my favorite neighborhood, and Franz's place was just deep in enough to be quiet, away from the lively bars on Frenchman, while being a short walk to all the action. Mostly though, I could have spent the whole visit on the balcony porch drinking coffee. So dreamy!

Nikki was a fabulous and welcoming host! It was a work trip for me and a coworker, but I hope and plan to return to Bay St Louis for a relaxing getaway. I will seek out places hosted by Nikki. Wish we had time to check out all her recommended places, but we LOVED the Mockingbird Cafe and Barracuda’s Taco stand and just overall welcoming feel of the home! Thank you Nikki for being a 5-star host!

This was my family’s second stay and we are already planning our next visit! The house is so comfortable and offers tons to do—games, the pool, ping pong, bocce ball, lounging! We also cook many meals while we are visiting and find the kitchen easy to navigate and has everything we need!

Beautiful, clean, peaceful, the wind out on the top deck is so nice and calm. It was a lovely place clean new nice. Thank you Spencer for the lovely house we stayed at.

Coral Cottage is beautiful! Exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and was stocked with the essentials needed. We loved the location! You can walk to the quaint little town of Pass Christian for dinner, coffee and some retail therapy. The beach is a block away. Madelyn was an excellent host! Quick to respond and offered excellent recommendations on local restaurants. We had some great food based off of her recommendations! We truly enjoyed our stay!
