Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. There is, among other things, a Grand Cafe De Post around the corner where you can eat delicious food and a pizza eatery Giovanni Midwoud that also delivers. A motorboat is available for a fee. You are centrally located between the cozy and atmospheric towns of Alkmaar, Hoorn and Schagen. Within 20 km you are at the sea, but also at the IJsselmeer. Best by own wheels.

Het is gelegen aan doorgaand vaarwater met mooi uitzicht en privacy. De tuin is volledige omheind Papenveer is een knus, huisje voorzien van een moderne keuken en volledig ingerichte badkamer én 2 slaapkamers. Gouwe Land is a beautiful 100-square meter vacation home on the ground floor and has a wooden floor. Adjacent to the living room is a great open kitchen. The large dining table invites you to work, newspapers, talk, and sit comfortably. In the hallway you will find a separate toilet and a bedroom for three persons. At the end of the hallway is a spacious double bedroom with adjoining the spacious bathroom. The property has a separate space with washing machine, WI-FI, TV and new dishwasher.

B&B Wellness "De Bourgondische Lelie"

Our B&B is equipped with all modern facilities such as a modern kitchen, Philips Hue lighting, smart TV and Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxury Jacuzzi and wood stove. The B&B with large private garden and unobstructed view is completely shielded from the farmhouse by a fence and is only accessible to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you can look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast of your choice is optional.

The area is perfect for discovering various beautiful places in the Netherlands. Hoorn, Alkmaar, Enkhuizen, Volendam and Amsterdam are all within half an hour's drive. You can reach the IJsselmeer in fifteen minutes and the beach in half an hour.
