Norikura, trekking, skiing, traditional onsens, etc. Maple Haus offers discounts for consecutive nights starting from the second night to allow you to explore longer and enjoy the Hida region to its fullest.

As featured on the NYTimes T list, this property is a "Kyomachiya", a traditional Japanese home over 100 years old. It has been revamped from a "Nishijin-ori" (traditional Japanese textile) factory. It is located in the traditional Kamigyo Ward, minutes walk from the Imperial Palace. We collaborated with award winning architects at Ikken to renovate this space, which now accommodates the comforts of modern life, while retaining many of the original structure and elements from its past.
