If you have a larger group looking for a quiet, beautiful relaxing stay, this is your place! This property is in what looks to be a newer gated development. Although we didn't use the clubhouse, it was really nice to have the option for a gym and a pool. The host was accommodating and responsive. The house was well appointed with the necessities, comfortable and easily accommodated our family of 10. It is a short drive to a beautiful beach where we spent an ample amount of time. All in all, it was a great value and would stay again!

My family felt right at home it was a beautiful place with the most beautiful beach nearby to swim at. We had a 4 months old baby with us so it was wonderful to have a crib and change of sheets available for the baby along with beach toys such as snorkeling gear and boogie boards. Lots of towels available and comfortable beds. Thank you for such an amazing and comfortable stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Glad the location was away from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu, but appreciated how conveniently central located it was to everything else on the island, definitely need a car to go sightseeing. The condo was immaculate and very comfortable, with lots of natural light and windows. We certainly appreciated the AC, but the afternoon breeze really cooled the condo. Communication with Rangel was impeccable, making sure we were comfortable before and during our stay. Will definitely book another stay the next time we are on Oahu.

Seven of us stayed at this home nestled in the beautiful Makaha Valley. The home had everything we needed and more and all was of excellent quality. Cynthia provided laundry baskets in each bedroom which was an unexpected nice touch. Also, Pantene hair products and body wash in the bathrooms. On our arrival we were greeted by neighborhood chickens which we all enjoyed. The lanai outside had comfortable seating for our entire group and we used the gas grill several times. We woke to the sound of birds and frequently saw toads or large frogs. It felt like being in a nature preserve. The gated community felt very safe and was nice to walk around. It adjoins the Makaha Valley golf course which a couple of our group took advantage of multiple times. The beach is a short drive away. Our favorite spot was close to a restaurant with a great ambiance, the Beachouse at 608. Our stay at Cynthia’s place provided the relaxing environment that we all needed. We would stay here again

This is a lovely home with a great view and a wonderful outdoor space to relax and soak up the beauty. Inside the beds are super comfy and everything is super clean with mini-splits in every room. Angelia is very responsive and friendly. We love Makaha because we come here for work in Waianae and this home offers a quiet and peaceful place to recharge.

One of our favorite airbnbs! We loved the place! The beds were comfortable and we loved the different colors of the rooms, the coffee machines, the books, the outside shower, and all the other special touches. We would definitely stay there again!

Mauna Olu is a new gated development. This house is in the main grouping of houses quite close together, but the garden is very nice and the views of the mountains are awesome. The guards are sticklers for showing parking pass, but quite friendly. The clubhouse has an excellent gym (sparkling new equipment), and sadly the pool was not yet open when we were there but should be soon. Beds very comfy, a/c worked well, and good night's sleep was assured!

Arlee’s listing, nestled in the Ko’Olina Hillside Villas community was a perfect fit for our family of four adults (parents, daughter, and son-in-law).. The two bedroom and two and one half bath layout worked very well for us.. The kitchen was amply supplied with a variety of pots, pans, dishes, flatware, and cooking utensils.. Coffee was courtesy of a Kuerig and a few provided K-Cups and condiments.. After a trip to the local Safeway ($$$) and subsequent trips to Target ($$) we used the kitchen as much as we needed to, preparing breakfast nearly daily, and morning coffee always!! The property is within walking distance (for those so inclined) to the nearby Ko’Olina Resort complex (Marriott & Disney), the Ko’Olina Golf Course, and several restaurants and shops.. The area is also in the flight path for the international airport, so frequent plane spotting was a bonus.. All in all, aside from a few improvements we recommended via the messaging feature, we had an outstanding stay!!

Charles was the most proactive and responsive host I have ever had on this platform. Extremely pleasant and responded immediately to questions. The home is beautiful and is maintained to perfection. The backyard was my favorite place to sit and take in the beautiful mountains. The gated community was beautiful and felt very safe. The only drawback is that the area outside the community is not as nice. There are not a lot of restaurants and stores in the immediate area. We ended purchasing groceries at a store Charles recommended and cooked our dinners and breakfast at home. Saved a lot of money that way. Overall this was great home base for our adventures around the island.

Hilton Village is easy. Has everything you could need or want so you don’t spend time driving all over in Honolulu traffic! We wanted to arrive and park it! This place allowed us to do just that!!

Stella’s home was absolutely lovely and had everything we needed. We had a small issue with the booking at first, but Stella handled it promptly and professionally. Check-in was smooth, and she continued to provide excellent care throughout our stay. I truly hope future guests feel confident booking this home—it’s a peaceful, well-managed place to stay.

We loved the place. It was a little confusing getting to the place since all the surrounding streets have the same name, but once we found it, it was amazing! Perfect for us!

Great spot for a group of five—just the right amount of space and everything we needed. We had a small issue with the Wi-Fi, but the host was super quick to help and got it sorted fast. The area is beautiful, the place was clean, and check-in was super easy. Would definitely recommend!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious and comfortably fit the 9 of us. The home has all of your basic needs and the garage is equipped with all of your beach essentials. The neighborhood was quiet and the view was immaculate. Being surrounded by serene mountain views and an ocean view from the backyard felt like a fairytale. We flew in to attend a graduation and Justin was gracious enough to allow our extended family to come over for dinner. It was nice to be able enjoy a meal with our entire family in the comfort of what felt like our home away from home. Justin and his team were gracious, responsive, and accommodating. I highly recommend this place if you have a large family and want to be in a comfortable space. However, some downsides include being in a somewhat remote area. You’ll have to drive at least an hour to reach some of the more popular parts of the island, so keep that in mind when it comes to planning.

Omar was a good host, who had great communication. The villa worked perfectly, the two rooms gave everyone plenty of space. A nice balcony allowed for quite reading area. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook basic meals. The Foodland market was close, maybe a fifteen minute drive. My favorite part of the stay was getting up early and going for walks along the lagoons. My spouse loved the pools and hot tubs, as well as the onsite Starbuck's. The entertainment each evening at the resort gave us a choice weather to stay on site or to venture out. When we did venture out we found easy freeway access. Paradise Cove luau is in walking distance for the energetic, we chose to drive. The onsite restaurants were good, Longhi's stood out with a great breakfast and dinner, or simply an afternoon beverage at the bar. This was a tough review to write, I wanted to be open minded and point out any shortcomings, none come to mind.

Location, home, and host team were amazing! Lots of natural beauty here and plenty of trails with few tourists nearby! Host team was very supportive … home had all the (and more) amenities! Would book this home again!

I cannot recommend this place enough! My friends and I had an amazing time staying at this house! We felt very safe in the quiet neighborhood. They have a lot of things that you need on hand, the outdoor space was incredible, and thank god for the coffee machine and coffee provided, it saved our mornings! We also loved the staff at the entry gate, very very kind! The location is insane!! Amazing beaches near by and walking outside day and night is a dream! My friends and I loved it and are excited to stay again when the opportunity arises!

What a wonderful stay we had in this beautiful home! It was a perfect setting for seven adults of various stages of life celebrating family and life milestones. We visited many other parts of the island during our stay, but the valley was definitely the most peaceful. We were glad to have stayed on the west side of the island. The view from the back porch is breathtaking, the flora and fauna in the valley were amazing, the home is well-stocked, and the hosts were above and beyond. We walked the neighborhood every morning and often encountered other folks doing the same or packing up cars for a day on the beach. Everyone was kind and friendly. I highly recommend this beautiful and peaceful retreat!

Everything was perfect, the house looked like in the pictures, or even better, beautiful, clean and well-kept house, breathtaking views, 10 minutes from the house is the most beautiful beach on the island of oahu, the hosts were very kind, communicative and helpful, I definitely recommend it!

Aloha! We were welcomed with local macadamia nut candy. Multigenerational family traveling we loved the multiple bedrooms, bathrooms , & sitting areas. There was plenty of space & we did not feel crowded. The home is exactly as pictured including the views! We had an easy check in and the host had great communication. We used the host guide to find local beaches and took advantage of the ice chest, beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook at home. We started each day with breakfast, sitting outside, enjoying the landscaping & views. What more could you ask for.

We had a GREAT stay! We felt right at home with everything we needed! The outdoor amenities were incredible, and you cannot beat the view! The hosts communication was amazing from the start, with a recommendation book of each part of the island. The “west” side of the island, is more of “true” Hawaii. There is not tourism, however the gated community with security made us feel safe, & we LOVED the books/info in the house as well. There was a little issue with the sprinklers, and host showed up SUPER quick to take a look, and had a solution. Incredible hosts and home!

First off, we loved everything about it and wished it was our home because we loved it so much. There were 7 of us and 1 toddler on this trip and when asked one thing they liked the most about the place, here is what they said: ⊙ It really felt homey and not like a hotel/resort since we were looking for a quality environment. ⊙ The location was great because it gave a local and relaxed atmosphere. ⊙ It’s a well kept secret away from the main touristy areas of the island. ⊙ The color scheme of the home was nice and pleasant. ⊙ The separate AC locations were great. ⊙ The beach items were plentiful and came in handy. ⊙ The games they had were very fun. Last but not least, the host was very accommodating, responsive and understanding. We will definitely stay there or at any of their other listings!
