Beautiful condo and everything was very clean and fresh. Close to everything. Bonus for free parking with added beach chairs and umbrella. Very happy with our stay and will for sure stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!

Location was great, easy access to major locations in Honolulu, Waikiki, and hikes like Diamond Head and Koko crater. Highly recommend if you want to stay near Waikiki.

The location of this Airbnb is excellent, offering a really nice view. We appreciated the convenient access to nearby food trucks and bus stops, and the well-equipped kitchen. The soundproofing between units is kind of poor. We experienced disrupted sleep for a night due to noise from the neighboring unit.

This was my second stay at Shigeko’s place - this time for 2 weeks duration. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised at some of the updates since my last stay. The listing photos should be updated as they don’t look as good as the apartment does in real life. The bed was super comfortable and everything was neat and clean. The only thing not working was one of the cooktop burners but I only used the cooktop once anyway to make noodles in a saucepan so it didn’t bother me as there was still one functional burner to use. I had an issue with logging in to the in-room wifi but I messaged Shigeko and she replied instantly and I was able to log in from then. Shigeko is always easily contactable and responds quickly, she’s lovely ☺️ The Waikiki Grand is in a great location which makes this an awesome place to stay, I definitely recommend!

My family and I really enjoyed this lovely space! The room is clean and tidy. It has a stunning ocean view, and the building's location is very close to the beach and restaurants. The most important feature of this place is its free parking, especially when you rent a car for a family trip like ours. Dolly is a very kind and responsible host. She provided very clear instructions on how to access the building, including parking, trash, and laundry details. She also quickly replied to my messages every time I had questions. I would definitely recommend this place to families traveling to Hawaii.

The views were amazing from the balcony. The condo was well equipped with everything you needed including items for the beach and pool. Fred was a great host! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had such an amazing stay here! The location is amazing…just a short walk to the beach, which made it super easy to catch sunrise walks and sunset dips. The area felt peaceful and safe, and the scenery was absolutely beautiful. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. They gave great local tips, respected our privacy, and made sure we had everything we needed. It really felt like staying with friends. The place itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a laid-back, beachy spot with warm, genuine hosts.

The Aloha Suite is a pleasant, comfortable, well-maintained, and secluded apartment within a quiet suburb-like area close to the Kailua town center. We enjoyed coffee on the lanai and appreciated the thoughtful provision of beach-going materials. The kitchen is nicely equipped for simple meals for two. Grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance or a 2–3-minute drive. Noise from the construction equipment and dogs was minimal and did not detract from our enjoyment of the setting. We were comfortable without air conditioning but were out during the day when the apartment gets quite warm. Considering the apartment’s amenities, it was a very good value for the rental rate. Gabriele's list of environmental concerns was familiar. For perspective on government responses, check the Hawaii DBEBT, DES and Water Supply Board websites. Books in the apartment show you that battles over resources pre-date Europeans. Nowadays the solutions are not so brutal.

Great little place in downtown Waikiki. Has everything you need. Good view, clean nice place with suitable furniture and nice bathroom. Maxine always answers emakls with lightning speed and she always aims to help whatever you need, including accommodating my numerous deliveries. Be aware that you might need to wait for the elevator a little at peak times but with 40 floors and one elevator (the other’s usually broken) that’s to be expected. All in all a great stay, you can’t go better in Waikiki.

David and the main host were very accommodating. The free parking or included parking is a plus considering I stayed somewhere before at $45 a day which was terrible. This place was amazing

This place is even better than the pictures!!! The lanai is spectacular and the view is truly magical. I loved watching the sunsets while laying in bed! With that being said this is not truly a one bedroom. The space is huge with excellent closet space and makeup area but it should be listed as a large studio. There’s a curtain to pull over to section off the bedroom area so if you’re staying here with other people, there’s no real privacy. Also they start you with one garbage bag and 2 toilet paper rolls but you’ll need to buy oil, salt, and pepper etc to cook and there was no dish soap/dish det or a sponge so come prepared. It was very convenient to rent surf boards right on the property and the little steak shack was pretty good as well. We actually didn’t spend much time on the beach here other than surfing and snorkeling for a few hours. We did see a lot of turtles and 2 monk seals at the beach! We did rent a car and parking is tight, person next to us left 5 dents in our door
