It is the first floor of a detached house, and the host family lives on the second floor. The traditional market is 1 minute away, and Junggok Station on Line 7 and Gunja Station on Line 5 are within a 10-minute walk. There is no parking lot. It is not a quiet residential area because it is near the market. Instead, it is close to the main road and not remote. 1 bedroom private house with two super single size beds, a bathroom, and a kitchen. This house is located between Gunja subway station (line 5) and Junggok station (line 7). It takes 7-10 minutes on foot.

# If you look for 2 houses in the same building, please contact me. My house is within 4 min. of walking distance from ‘Hongik University station exit no.7. Therefore, you will be able to reach most of places in Seoul very easily and conveniently. Airport railroad passes this station as well, so you can directly come to my place from both Incheon and Gimpo International Airport. I would say, it’d be very suitable for travel in a big group of friends or families!

Pls understand this situation as it's an apartment which is many other people live] Best location!! Just 2 stops by subway from Seoul station. Yeonnam cafe area is just 1 min by walk and Hongik univ. Station is just 7-10 mins away by walk. Compact space but having all equipment-washing machine, induction cooker, cleaning stuff, etc. Spacious bathroom with rain shower.
