The property was great! It was perfect for our family traveling for the weekend and was very accommodating. The host was extremely responsive with any questions. I definitely recommend this.

Hi! I wanted to leave a review from the perspective of a family of 4, including a toddler. We were visiting friends who live in a neighboring town. I found the place to be spacious enough for the kids to not feel confined, and the neighborhood safe/quiet. The space was very clean. The owners also did a great job with the space design. There is a publix and diner pretty close to grab food. Garage made entry very easy with the kids/car seats.

Check-in was smooth, and the property was clean and well-maintained. The outside area was very comfortable, and the pool was a little chilly this time of year, but we still used it and had a great time! Our only issue was the bed. It was listed as a queen but was actually a full/double. Being 6’4” and 280 lbs, staying with my other half, this made it really difficult for us to sleep comfortably. We ended up purchasing an air mattress to use instead. We didn’t bring this up to the host since we were here for a family emergency and didn’t have the time or energy to address it. However, I’m confident the host would have been very helpful if we had reached out. This is a fantastic place with great hosts, and we would recommend it to others—just double-check the bed size if that’s important to you!

Loved this place! Stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beds were cozy. House was beautiful. Backyard fenced and great for the dog. 7 miles to Florida horse park. 20 min to Silver springs for Kayaking. Would definitely stay again

This is a lovely place to stay, very quiet and peaceful, Nancy was a great hostess attentive but not overwhelming. She has a beautiful rental, and hias paid very close attention to details. We had a great time and would return. We very much enjoyed all the nature parks and local amenities.

We needed a place where we could work from home that was peaceful where the pets could sit outside that was not to far from the airport. It was perfect for everything we needed.

The house was beautiful. The pool was nice. The only downside was the house is very close to a very very busy road. It was great that dogs were allowed but would have preferred a fenced in back yard. Jesus and family were extremely nice.

Our family loved this vibrant home during our one week stay in Crystal River. Chris has designed a beautiful and welcoming space that comfortably accommodated dinner and games for three generations of our family - from 2yrs old to 60+. The eldest members of our family and I stayed here, using two of the bedrooms for sleeping and the third for remote work. Family local to the area were able to visit for dinner with our littlest members and there was something for everyone to enjoy. Everything we needed to cook, rest, and entertain each other just like we would if we were all back home was available and accessible to us. It’s a place to take pride in caring for while you’re staying there. Chris is extremely kind, responsive and hospitable and we highly recommend you book your stay with him whenever possible. We hope to come back again. We loved our experience and were able to make incredible memories while visiting our Florida family because this wonderful place was available.

My husband and I came here for our 26th wedding anniversary. We stayed from a Monday- Sunday . 6 nights/ 7 nights. We loved every minute there! Erika's rental, studio style house w/kitchen,bedroom, living room all together, a cute bathroom, and then the outside.....ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! There's a huge linai on the back w/a hot tub and a beautiful inground pool. There are several sitting areas, a swing and there's all types of trees and flowers throughout the property. The host, Erika was a really great host! Erica was always quick to answer any questions, check on us from time to time to see if we needed anything (which we thought was extremely nice). Erica told us a little bit about the area, and answered questions about the town of Inverness. Inverness is a lovely place to visit and live. A really quiet, relaxed, slow paced, beautiful and friendly town. My husband and I both loved Erika as a host, and love her as a person. The house was perfect for our stay. The beds were very comfortable, linens and towels were soft and plentiful and there was tons space for everyone to relax. We spent most of our time hanging around the pool - which is exactly what you want when visiting Florida! The kitchen is very nice and although we didn’t cook there’s everything you would need to prepare meals. Communication with Sandra was great too!

We enjoyed our stay! The place was as advertised and the pool area was great. The home has easy access to the river and is close to nearby springs.

We had the perfect week away at this amazing house. Chris was nothing short of amazing and quickly responded to us with all questions or concerns.

This is our second time staying here and it did not disappoint, we love it! The house is great and the beds are comfy! The pool and the outside space is most amazing spot to hang out!! Rome is beyond amazing to communicate with and always ready to help or give any info! Feels like a home away from home!!! Highly recommended!!!

Family of 5 (3 kids) and two dogs from VA. Felt the house was perfect with a great yard and cool trees. The dogs didn’t need leashed and could be at ease with pool access being safe. (My dogs can’t swim) The sheets were real cotton (this means a lot) and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of bedding and pillow options. Kitchen had the basics to cook meals which was easier. The house had everything we needed to have a great vacation other than food to eat. Close to everything we wanted to do. A great trail that was not a commercialized walk where we saw armadillos, manatees, an alligator, bald eagles, snakes and we could hear two owls talking. It was perfection. The swing out back was a nice peaceful touch and I really appreciated the grill. We saw crystal clear water at three sisters while kayaking as well as dolphins at sunset. We took a boat cruise to an island and found more shells I’ve seen in my life. I’d come back again and again. No hoopla where tons of people were.

Great, private location in Homosassa. Easily walkable to McRae's, the Monkey Bar and a few other spots. The house is as described on AirBnB. It is spacious and comfortable. Susan is a great and quick responding host!

I really didn't want to leave a review because I wanted to keep this comfy and homey place to myself! I love everything about this tiny home.

Kristina and Beth, who managed the property, were the kindest and most pleasant hosts. They made us feel right at home and let us wander around the property anytime we liked. The horses, cows, chickens, and especially the dogs, were so much fun. We could interact with them as little or as much as we preferred. The cottage was well equipped and very clean. We had a fabulous time! It was a great peaceful getaway and we can't wait to come back! One of our favorite Airbnb stays ever!

loved being close to anything we would need. the park for the community was so beautiful especially in the evening when the birds are active. I found that the fishing was best actually with a purple worm in the afternoon between 12:00 and 2:00

My family and I had a great experience here! The home was immaculate and even gave us some inspiration for our new home build in Middleton! We slept comfortably and felt right at home. Hosts were always available for any questions and quickly responded. Would 100% recommend and will be back if we need a place to stay in The Villages!
