Monthly Rentals in Homore

I had a magical few days staying in this beautiful chalet. I knew it was going to be great from the reviews, but I didn’t know it would be quite so special. The chalet is right at the end of a quiet, single track lane, directly on a loch, with what must be some of the best views in the islands. Theres a decking where you can sit and watch the seal colonies and otters a few meters away, and buzzards, eagles and incredible stars overhead. The chalet itself is immaculately clean, warm and cosy (I stayed in a cold, early April and was very comfortable). Angus and Joan were wonderful hosts, responsive, kind and warm. Joan brought me fresh eggs, and made me feel like one of the family. My only regret is that I couldn’t stay longer. I would come back again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely beautiful cottage in a lovely location, set in its own grounds with plenty of space for the dog to run around in the enclosed garden. Robert and Yvonne were brilliant hosts - easy to communicate with and extremely helpful.

The house was fabulous, the pictures don’t do it credit. Top quality furnishings. Small problem with thermostat - sent a message - next door came in and sorted, it was just the batteries. We will return,
