Sunny place in the forest, simple cabin in tureldorado

This is a charming little cottage in the middle of nature. About 40 minutes from Trondheim. It is a fantastic starting point for great trips in Malvik-marka both on foot and by bike. You can lace up your shoes on the stairs and you are on a trip. After a 5 minute walk through the forest you will meet Kjerkstien/pilgrimdleden and can hike along it into the fields or take a canoe trip on the lake. A short bike ride away is Foldsjøen with great swimming opportunities. Storfossen with hiking trails is in walking distance.

Prepared ski slopes in the immediate vicinity of the cabin. And you can explore Trondheim which is within reach (50min). The cabin has four bedrooms, a cozy living room, modern kitchen, bathroom and a loft. The property is fully fenced, perfect if you bring your dog. 4-wheel drive in winter is recommended. Watch out for toddlers, deck has no handrail.

Remember to have your own bed linen/towels. It is possible to rent bed linen/towels for 50kr each. Upon departure, you must clean all rooms and wash up kitchenware so that the dorm is ready for the next guest. Trondheim is 25km away and Trondheim Airport is 7km away. The bus stop "Solbakken" is 5min away and the train station "Hommelvik" is 1.7 km away.

Cottage with a charming view!

Relax with your boyfriend or with your whole family at this peaceful place to stay with one of the best views and hiking opportunities! There is the bus stop at only 300 meters distance with frequent bus routes (bus number 70), it takes only 20 minutes to Trondheim and 15 minutes to Stjørdal/Værnes airport. Our apartment (approx 30 m2) have a combined well equipped kitchen and living room with TV, fast internet connection and two good quality single beds. The apartment also has private entrance, a small hallway, and a nice bathroom with washing machine. Be aware that this is a basement apartment, with lower ceilings. Steps can be heard from above during daytime. Parking available.

Very cozy studio

Very cozy and small apartment. New in 2022 and very high standard. 1 min from train and bus station and 10 min from Trondheim (Værnes) AirPort or 20 min to Trondheim Central Station. 5 min walk to city beach and trails with amazing view of the fjord. We have 2 frenchies and hens walking around in our garden filled with dahlias and cherry trees.
