The photos are accurate. This Airbnb was not only very nice, but also had fantastic amenities and an amazing view. It's in a great location, walkable to many attractions. Steve was a great host, very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy.

Absolutely loved our stay at Jennifer’s Airbnb! The place was spotless, check-in was super easy, and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet—perfect for a relaxing getaway. It had everything we needed and was conveniently located close to where we wanted to go. Getting in and out was a breeze with minimal traffic. Super appartement, très propre et central. Les équipements mis à disposition comme la piscine et la salle de sport sont vraiment agréables. Également, sa localisation permet d'accéder facilement à d'autres quartiers grâce à la proximité des transports en commun. Également, le parking mis à disposition était très pratique. Marilyn & Mocha are an absolute pleasure! This was an amazing stay, the atmosphere is breathtaking. The place has everything you need and more. You don’t even want to be inside because it’s so gorgeous out on the patio!!! Marilyn was extremely kind, and helpful. Mocha and Marilyn were a joy to be around. The view was stunning. The balcony is pretty big. You get to see views of the river, the pool and a little bit of the ocean. Checking in was easy. The apartment was clean. The property is very close to the brickell city centre mall and there were many nice restaurants near by. Definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Tatiana’s house! The location was perfect for us, shopping, dining and grocery stores were just minutes away. The washer and dryer were easy to use and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking… we will definitely stay there again when we visit our family in Cutler Bay!

Perfect for two families traveling for F1. I liked the separate space of the mother-in-law suite. The pool was amazing.

Pasamos 3 días en este lugar y nos sentimos como en casa , era lo que buscábamos para pasar estos días en Miami , la casa muy grande y linda , tocó muy limpio , el barrio súper tranquilo , un patio grande para poder disfrutar en la tarde de la piscina , el anfitrión siempre pendiente y al tanto de lo que necesitáramos , la verdad volveríamos a repetir , muy recomendable

Had a wonderful stay at Romy’s Place. The layout was well put together. Lots of outdoor activities and relaxing spots on the grounds. Opportunity to meet other people and enjoy the amenities & at the same time the option to stay to yourself. The night lights throughout from the pool to the grounds creates a beautiful ambiance. An area is designated as children’s playground which is perfect for families. This air bnb was really nice in its entirety, with a really thought through concept to ensure guest have a good time. Has everything you need to have a perfect getaway, even complimentary coffee and so much more. You will surely enjoy your stay here. One of the best I have stayed at so far so I will definitely be returning! Book your stay here you will definitely not be dissatisfied or disappointed, that I can assure you.

This is an awesome location accessible to the design shopping district. The parking is free! Most importantly the condo feels like HOME. Highly recommended.

Excelente atención, Juan me ayudó en todo momento con mis inquietudes, él respondía super rápido… el lugar es tal cual las fotos, muy limpio todo, las sábanas impecables, la vista del departamento espectacular, me gustó que su ubicación te queda cerca a todo a la playa, a lugares turísticos como el brickell, bayside, etc, no alcancé a ir a la piscina por el tiempo ya que me dediqué hacer turismo en la Ciudad pero algo que me agradó fue que en el mismo lugar del departamento en la parte baja puedes disfrutar del bar y restaurante, volvería sin lugar a duda!!!!

My 2 daughters and I had a wonderful stay at Alican Penthouse. The place was spotless, tastefully decorated, and had all the essentials. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially at night. It was a peaceful escape with restaurants, spas, gyms, hot and cold pools on site but still just a 10-minute drive from the restaurants , beaches, clubs, shops and malls. Looking forward to another visit.

While in my stay in the condominium it was nothing short of the photos on the listing. It was clean, well organized, and to top it all off has a great ocean view and of downtown Miami. Has many walkable locations and restaurants in the area as well. Also has great amenities like a gym, pool, and restaurant in the lobby. Would for sure stay here again and recommend it to others as well.

Alejandro was friendly the place and the view was definitely breathtaking, check in process was quick and easy . Definitely booking again . It’s worth it 100%

You get whats advertised: a great penthouse appartement on top of the Grand. You can acces the gym and pool and the staff is very friendly. If feels like a hotel, but with the privacy+space of an airbnb- appartement. The communication with the hosts is very good, they even provide you with tips for restaurants and nightlife. 5/5
