This was the perfect place for an adult weekend away in Miami prior to our week long cruise. The location was amazing, being on the beach was exactly what we were looking for. The beds were very comfortable and we had no complaints at all while we were there! The cute coffee shop in the lobby was definitely a win, they were fast, friendly, and the coffee was amazing!

Great location and amazing stay. Sylvain was easy to communicate with. Check in was smooth and the bottle of champagne and gift card to GreenStreet cafe was a plus! Definitely recommend!

Our three-month stay at this Miami apartment from January to April 2025, was absolutely fantastic! We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Martha, the host of Urban Nest, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Any questions or requests were addressed promptly and professionally. We highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Miami, especially for a longer period. We would definitely book again!

My stay was excellent. The apartment is in a great location, just a short walk from the beach, in a beautiful and peaceful area. It’s comfortable, modern, and fully equipped — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again.

PROS- I really enjoyed my stay here! The place was spot on to the photos. The home was clean as a whistle. Bathrooms were sooo nice and we all loved the rainfall shower heads! We utilized the Cuisinart cookware (which I have at home). Everything was simple and great! The home was convenient to the interstates, stores, food, etc. Neighbors was friendly as well! The A/C gets Iceland cold and loved it! CONS- There was a weird little smell as we entered the home. I purchased an air freshener, which helped eliminated it. The pillows were okay, I'm just use to thicker type pillows. The driveway was a bit small for the large sized Chevy Tahoe I rented for the stay. Lastly, if you have a set time to get up and you forget to set your alarm, worry not, the neighborhood rooster across the street will surely assist you -LOL- STILL, Overall, we all enjoyed the home! WE WILL DEF STAY AGAIN!!! Thanks, Sergio, for allowing us to room in your lovely unit!

Had an amazing stay at Rafael’s. The place was super clean and had everything we needed. It was close to a lot of the things we wanted to do, quiet neighborhood and it was easy to walk my dog.

I felt right at home everything was nice would definitely come back .

We felt very comfortable in Abdels apartment. The bed was super comfortable, you could also darken the rooms. Great big rain shower, very relaxing after a day in Miami. Supermarket close by, within walking distance. Great and well-equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge. There is also a washer and dryer, we did not use these, but they can be very practical. Especially great were also the trolleys (free in Miami) and bus stop right outside the front door, so we could easily explore all of Miami without a car. Location is quiet, the apartment is in a sweet, colorful Art Deco house, therefore a bit noisy, but we had very quiet neighbors, so this did not bother us at all. Bright large rooms and balcony with lovely views of pool and ocean. Well stocked kitchen and baths. 2 beach chairs and umbrella each day on beach provided; additional chairs in unit. Access to 2 pools. Short Circuit ride or lovely walk to Broadwalk with many meal choices. Bike rental available. Free live music at the Hollywood Bandshell W-F as well as other small venues. Really fun vibe!

Everything was very good, Vanesa was very kind and always attentive to questions The place was just as expected Maybe it's a bit expensive for being on the third floor without an ocean view, but well, it's what was available

Great place! Clean, amazing location! Walk out the apartment, take the elevator to the lobby, walk 100ft and you are at the pool. Salt water pool at the perfect temperature. Walk another 100ft and you are on the beach! Balcony looks over the pool area and the beach. 10th story so pretty quiet. The only negative was the people on nearby balcony were heavy smokers of cigarettes and weed, and we had to retreat inside a few times. We’ll definitely be back.

This place looks exactly like the photos. You will have your own private courtyard plus access to a private pool & a private entrance. Pool area is beautiful, huge palm trees like a resort. Inside looks exactlyy like the photos. Hosts are super nice and friendly, they had free snacks and waters for us. My boyfriend and I loved this place and felt at home. We were sad to leave!

Look no further, I highly recommend this place!! Jennifer is an exemplary host offering attention to detail and caring about the well-being of guests. The place was very clean, welcoming, well laid out and very private. Instructions were very clear and well established. The location is perfect and close to all shops in addition to being about halfway between the Keys and Miami. Thanks Jennifer:)

This was a wonderful refuge among the craziness of South Beach. The apartment itself is roomy, bright, practical, clean and nicely decorated. There was plenty of space for 3 of us and even though there are many other apartments, we felt like we had peaceful privacy. The surroundings are beautiful, on a residential block right off the water, yet it's walkable to anywhere and Citi Bike stations are plentiful. We had only one issue that was out of the host's control-someone parked in our dedicated parking spot late Saturday night and we had to use public street parking when we got back from dancing at the wee hours of the morning. Nothing we couldn't handle, but it would have been perfect had we not had this small hiccup. The hosts extended our checkout our checkout until noon on Sunday and that was very helpful. We would definitely stay again.

I absolutely loved Maria's place First of all she is so kind and answered right away to all my messages. The location is really great, I felt super safe traveling as a young woman alone. It's also very conveniently located to get to many different neighborhoods in Miami. I will say I did walk everywhere and used public transportation which did work out but I do recommend renting a car because things are very spread out here in general. Other than that her place was absolutely beautiful, cozy, super clean, and had all necessary appliances for a long term stay! I would definitely come back to stay here again 100%!😊

Francisco was amazing. Very friendly and great communication. Very private area outside behind gate. Clean outside and inside. Updated bathroom comfortable bed. Overall a very nice stay and would book again.

Great place. Great stay. Everything you need. Communication between owner and property manager was a little confusing but host was let us leave our bags in the apt before it was finished being cleaned (and it was ready before expected). Check out was easy and we were able to get a late check out. Building was very busy. Elevators were a bit slow. But all in all a great stay - would stay again!

Marilyn was amazing and so was her place ! Much needed relaxation and having her to talk to was an added pleasure ! Can’t wait to go back
