Apartment vacation rentals in Homestead

This was the perfect place for an adult weekend away in Miami prior to our week long cruise. The location was amazing, being on the beach was exactly what we were looking for. The beds were very comfortable and we had no complaints at all while we were there! The cute coffee shop in the lobby was definitely a win, they were fast, friendly, and the coffee was amazing!

Great location and amazing stay. Sylvain was easy to communicate with. Check in was smooth and the bottle of champagne and gift card to GreenStreet cafe was a plus! Definitely recommend!

Our three-month stay at this Miami apartment from January to April 2025, was absolutely fantastic! We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Martha, the host of Urban Nest, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Any questions or requests were addressed promptly and professionally. We highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Miami, especially for a longer period. We would definitely book again!

My stay was excellent. The apartment is in a great location, just a short walk from the beach, in a beautiful and peaceful area. It’s comfortable, modern, and fully equipped — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again.

PROS- I really enjoyed my stay here! The place was spot on to the photos. The home was clean as a whistle. Bathrooms were sooo nice and we all loved the rainfall shower heads! We utilized the Cuisinart cookware (which I have at home). Everything was simple and great! The home was convenient to the interstates, stores, food, etc. Neighbors was friendly as well! The A/C gets Iceland cold and loved it! CONS- There was a weird little smell as we entered the home. I purchased an air freshener, which helped eliminated it. The pillows were okay, I'm just use to thicker type pillows. The driveway was a bit small for the large sized Chevy Tahoe I rented for the stay. Lastly, if you have a set time to get up and you forget to set your alarm, worry not, the neighborhood rooster across the street will surely assist you -LOL- STILL, Overall, we all enjoyed the home! WE WILL DEF STAY AGAIN!!! Thanks, Sergio, for allowing us to room in your lovely unit!

Had an amazing stay at Rafael’s. The place was super clean and had everything we needed. It was close to a lot of the things we wanted to do, quiet neighborhood and it was easy to walk my dog.

I felt right at home everything was nice would definitely come back .

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in Abdels Appartment gefühlt. Das Bett war super bequem, man konnte die Räume auch abdunkeln. Tolle große Regendusche, sehr entspannend nach einem Tag in Miami. Supermarkt ganz in der Nähe, zu Fuß erreichbar. Tolle und gut ausgestattete Küche mit Herd,Ofen,Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine und großem Kühlschrank. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner,diese haben wir nicht genutzt, kann aber sehr praktisch sein.Besonders toll waren auch die Trolley( kostenfrei in Miami) und Bushaltestelle unmittelbar vor der Haustür, so konnten wir auch ohne Auto ganz Miami easy erkunden. Lage ist ruhig, das Appartement in einem süßen,bunten Artdeco Haus,daher etwas hellhörig,allerdings haben wir sehr ruhige Nachbarn gehabt,so dass dies gar nicht gestört hat. Vielen Dank an Abdel für das Erlebinis seiner Unterkunft!

Bright large rooms and balcony with lovely views of pool and ocean. Well stocked kitchen and baths. 2 beach chairs and umbrella each day on beach provided; additional chairs in unit. Access to 2 pools. Short Circuit ride or lovely walk to Broadwalk with many meal choices. Bike rental available. Free live music at the Hollywood Bandshell W-F as well as other small venues. Really fun vibe!

Great place! Clean, amazing location! Walk out the apartment, take the elevator to the lobby, walk 100ft and you are at the pool. Salt water pool at the perfect temperature. Walk another 100ft and you are on the beach! Balcony looks over the pool area and the beach. 10th story so pretty quiet. The only negative was the people on nearby balcony were heavy smokers of cigarettes and weed, and we had to retreat inside a few times. We’ll definitely be back.

Nigdy nie byliśmy bardziej zadowoleni z pobytu w airbnb. Lokalizacja jest świetna, a mieszkanie bardzo czyste i świetnie wyposażone. Scott jest świetnym gospodarzem. Komunikacja przebiega bardzo sprawnie, uzyskaliśmy wskazówki dotyczące lokalnych atrakcji i mogliśmy skorzystać z rowerów, aby udać się na przejażdżkę. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni i zdecydowanie polecamy to miejsce! Jeszcze raz dziękujemy za wszystko 🥰

Ne cherchez plus, je vous recommande fortement ce lieu !! Jennifer est une hôtesse exemplaire offrant le souci du détail et ayant le bien-être des voyageurs à coeur. Le logement était très propre, accueillant, bien disposé et très privé. Les instructions étaient très claires et bien établies. L'emplacement est parfait et près de tous les commerces en plus d'être environ à mi chemin entre les Keys et Miami. Merci Jennifer :)

Notre séjour dans cet appartement-petite maison a été un enchantement. Nous adorons Miami et y revenons tous les ans. Nous connaissons maintenant une adresse sympa à South Beach. Il s’agit d’un appartement en rez de chaussée, avec une porte d’entrée sécurisée par un code. Les pièces de vie sont spacieuses, la cuisine très agréable. Nous avons apprécié les deux chambres avec chacune leur salle de bains. Les équipements sont pratiques et la smart tv superbe! Une place de parking est attitrée à l’appartement, ce qui est un gros plus. On peut tout à fait se déplacer à pieds vers la plage (25 min) les magasins d’alimentation (15 min) et Lincoln road (15 min) pour les boutiques et restaurants. Un Uber peut vous emmener là en moins de 5 min pour les personnes qui ne souhaitent pas marcher. L’endroit est très calme et serein. La climatisation fonctionne bien et est réglable manuellement. Une chose que nous adorions: commander un délicieux et sain petit-déjeuner à Pura Vida via Uber eats. Mer

I absolutely loved Maria's place First of all she is so kind and answered right away to all my messages. The location is really great, I felt super safe traveling as a young woman alone. It's also very conveniently located to get to many different neighborhoods in Miami. I will say I did walk everywhere and used public transportation which did work out but I do recommend renting a car because things are very spread out here in general. Other than that her place was absolutely beautiful, cozy, super clean, and had all necessary appliances for a long term stay! I would definitely come back to stay here again 100%!😊

Un acogedor lugar, limpio y ordenado, con todos los elementos básicos para una buena estadía. Un gran gesto de Francisco es proporcionar galletas, agua y café junto a su cafetera para poder prepararlos. Muy recomendado.

Great place. Great stay. Everything you need. Communication between owner and property manager was a little confusing but host was let us leave our bags in the apt before it was finished being cleaned (and it was ready before expected). Check out was easy and we were able to get a late check out. Building was very busy. Elevators were a bit slow. But all in all a great stay - would stay again!

Marilyn was amazing and so was her place ! Much needed relaxation and having her to talk to was an added pleasure ! Can’t wait to go back
