Ovaj jedinstveni smještaj uređen je u rustikalnom stilu s velikom terasom i dvorištem koja gleda na Motovun i dolinu te unutarnjim kaminom. Dvije prekrasne spavaće sobe s pogledom i dva kupatila te potpuno namještenu kuhinju sa perilicom posuđa, besplatan wifi , smart tv sa satelitskom antenom dva klima uređaja, vanjski roštilj i fire pit. Udaljeni smo od mora i plaže svega 20minuta. Obližnji prekrasni stari gradovi Motovun, Grožnjan, Oprtalj udaljeni su 5-15minuta te staza 7 slapova 15min.

24square m. apt. located a 15-minute walk from cuty Center,200m from bus station, 1km from Žabica intercity bus station, 2 km from railway and 1 km from fairy. Studio is located on the 2nd floor and has elevator, and stairway. The building is safe and under video surveillance and it has lot of free parking space (not reserved one). PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.
