Upstairs in the Netherlands, near the Wadden Coast, you will find this sustainable and energy-neutral tiny house. The cottage is decorated with love and in great detail. Everything you need is available. It is completely made of wood and has a surface area of 30m². The tiny house is located at the back of our property and is surrounded by a natural garden. This gives it a wide view with lots of privacy. The tranquility and space in this cute cottage feels like a real experience, a place to dream away!

Deichhaus Rysum on the North Sea

The special location of the cottage directly on the dike on the North Sea coast in a secluded location makes it unique. Surrounded by dyke and fields, it is centrally located between Emden and Greetsiel. Bicycle tours and extensive walks on the North Sea have their charm in all seasons. Not only in summer, but also in spring, autumn and winter, this spot of earth is balm for the soul. Baker and mill café (open on Saturdays from April to September) are in the village. By bike it is 20 minutes to the sea.

Villa Selva: cosy cottage with spectacular view

Villa Selva is situated on our 1,5ha property on the edge of Loppersum. In this cosy cottage (the 'villa' of its name is slightly overstated) you'll find a living-/dining room, a small kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is one bedroom with one double and one single bed and the open attic has a second double bed. The cottage has small private terrace and garden facing south. On clear nights millions of stars twinkle overhead and the moonshine is so bright, you can read a book in it.

Have you always wanted to stay on an estate with a special family history? Then come to Landgoed Overcingel. Experience the peace and space, which was normal then, in a modern setting. In 2024, this estate was transferred from a centuries-old family tradition to the Drenths landscape. Partly to preserve the estate, it was decided to partially convert it into an attractive B&B. Freestanding tiny house designed for and built on a unique location within cycling distance (5km) of Groningen city center (bicycles can be borrowed free of charge). Enjoy the tranquility of the Groningen countryside with the view of the city skyline. The tiny house is a self-contained residential unit of 2.5m x 5m made from recycled material. Equipped with a shower, toilet, water, electricity, internet and heating. Bus stop is 200 meters away.

Modern cabin

A cabin from 2021 with all facilities you need. Easily accessible by car and located between Groningen and Delfzijl. The cabin is situated in the Hoogeland region which is known for its calming views and beautiful Groningen sunsets. It is not uncommon to see a herd of deer grazing during breakfast! This is the perfect accommodation for a walk- or biking tour in the area, or to see the rest of the northern Netherlands or Germany by car.

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.
