Peaceful family house, recommended for families especially.

It's a very cozy house. We enjoyed our stay. The sauna can fit 2/3 people comfortably, but more than that is too tight. The location is great, it's at the same time private and also close to grocery stores, the beach, and coffee shops.

We had a great stay at this summerhouse! The pool and all the other amenities – including sauna, outdoor areas and kitchen – were really high quality and everything worked impeccably. The atmosphere and setting were perfect for a cozy and relaxed getaway with friends. The only small minus was that you had to bring gas to the grill yourself, which came as a surprise to all of us. It would be nice if it was mentioned more clearly in the description. All in all, a wonderful experience – we would love to come again!

We spent a wonderful week at Bryans place with our three kids, who just learned or were abour to learn how to swim. Because the large pool was heated we couldnt get them out of the water, it was amazing. Since the garden had big hedges all around and a sunny terrasse it was just the perfect place to relax and feel comfortable. The house itfelf is gorgeous, since it is actually someones home it is lovely decorated and especially the kitchen misses nothing, which really sets it apart from "tourist only" places. Bryan was always extremely friendly, answered every question and made everything very easy and smooth. Veddelev itself is very nice and quiet, you can walk to a little beach with a pier, the water there is clean and shallow at first, which is again, very kids-friendly. All in all we had a great holiday and hope to visit again soon.

I definitely recommend this place! Accommodation looked the way it was described, clean and cosy. Location of it - great - close to the airport as well as Copenhagen city centre with easy public transport location. Overall, great experience ☺️

Superb family home, very well-equipped, in a preserved and peaceful environment. We were very kindly welcomed by Knud-Erik, who showed us how the whole house worked. The bedding is very good, the living space is very nicely decorated and pleasant. The heated pool is a big plus, we also used the sauna once - in bad weather it lifts the spirits! The garden is very beautiful, large and very well maintained - everything is perfectly equipped. The beautiful beach is within walking or cycling distance. We were able to plug the electric car into the terminal of the house, which was much appreciated. We recommend it 100%!! Only small downside, the summer house has only one shower room / toilet, which is a bit tight for a family, but it's really a detail as everything else is wonderful. Thanks Knud-Erik!

The apartment was beautiful and very well equipped. The location was excillent for us - nearby forest and lake for walks and close distance from harbours. Holte station at walking distance enabled also easy transportation to Copenhagen downtown. Our host Charlotte was really friendly and helpful during the whole visit. We really enjoyed our time in Holte and we warmly recommend Charlotte as a host.

My family and I stayed for four days at Camilla's place, and we enjoyed having the house completely for us, including having breakfast on the patio with view into the very nice garden or playing cards around the large kitchen table at nights. With a fully equipped kitchen, we had everything what we needed to provide for ourselves. It's a nice residential area with a supermarket not too far away to drive to in 10 minutes. There are some nice restaurants in Espergaerde, and Helsingor with its shops, restaurants and the Kronborg Castle is also easy to get to by car. Camilla is a very thoughtful and responsive host who gave us clear instructions and helpful recommendations when looking for a restaurant to celebrate my sister's birthday. I highly recommend Camilla's place for anyone who would like to explore this area.

Beautiful views, great house and lovely hosts.

The cottage is a great setting for a family vacation with several generations. The four bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as the large kitchen area, provide space for everyone. The outdoor space provides ample opportunity for the children to be active.

Christina’s place is wonderfully located in nature, close to Copenhagen and the sea. It is as beautiful as described and easily accommodates 5 people! The communication was easy and quick!

Wow! Karina is a great host and the house is wonderful. Clean, large, modern and beautifully decorated. Private and closed off outdoor garden with a large heated pool where the kids can swim and the dog can play. Lovely outdoor room where we spent a lot of time during our great days at Karina’s house. Close to supermarkets and a great bakery within walking distance. Quiet and nice surrounding area, also very close to Copenhagen and Louisiana. We strongly recommend Karina’s house for your Denmark vacation as it has everything one could wish for. We were two adults, two kids and a dog and we all had a lovely time. 🙏❤️

The house is amazing, the area is peaceful and very green. We didn’t need to go to Copenhagen so it was perfect for us. We had a little hiccup in communication but Louise responded quickly. We did expect the beds to be made when we got there as we paid extra for the sheets but we’re not sure if this is something that is normal in the area? Regardless the stay was very good.

Very clean and comfortable. Well-stocked kitchen. Great communication with Irina. It’s not a bustling neighborhood but it’s a nice area and less than 10-minute walk to a convenience shop. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Great place to stay with friends or as a family, three separate bedrooms, quiet neighborhood, only 30min drive from central CPH if you have your own car or rental. Free street parking at the residence. Good WiFi. Laundry and dryer facilities, dishwasher, etc.

Our stay at Joao's was very pleasant and comfortable. His home is very modern and tastefully decorated. There is a grocery store and a children's playground in the immediate vicinity. Joao responded very quickly to all questions and was always helpful and very friendly.

Henrik's house is a perfect option if you like to be in a quiet area just 20 min outside Copenhagen. It's very easy to visit Copenhagen from here both by car as well as by public transport. The house has a Scandinavian feel and is light, bright, clean and has a large well equiped kitchen. The dining area looks out on a nice sitting spot in the garden. Henrik is very kind and helpfull and responds very quickly! We recommend staying here for a city trip but also if you want to have a holiday near the country side and sea.

I stayed at Johan's for a month with my family. I have been around quite a bit, so I can confidently say Johan was an exceptional host. He was extremely kind, friendly and responsive. He made our girls feel right at home! The place was as beautiful as in the pictures....and super clean. The neighbourhood was serene, green and close to a beautiful lake. Renting this place was a great decision... one which we would gladly make over and over again.

We had a cozy stay with our two boys. Would definitely recommend.

This is the perfect place for a couple with children at Basecamp. We had wonderful long brunches and lazy sleep ins. This was perfect for my husband and I as empty nesters.
