Absolutely perfect! Could not recommend this place enough. The flat is so stylish and comfortable, and 20 min walk to the centre of Brighton. Will defo be back! Thanks Alan!

We had a great 4 night stay with our 2 kids, 10 and 6! It was a perfect location as a jumping off point, and we took various lines on the tube and multiple different buses all from a 5 or so minute walk from the apt. We also went to Regents Park (my favorite park in London) multiple times. And of course the convenience of a pub/restaurant right downstairs, where everyone was super accommodating, couldn’t be beat! We would definitely stay here again next time we come to London for a visit.

Fabulous location for exploring Bosham, and the property is beautifully presented. The courtyard overlooking the Mill stream is totally unique and added a memorable aspect to our stay.

My friends and I stayed overnight for my birthday and it was the best!!! The house is even more beautiful and spacious in person. Jude was also an amazing host and super lovely, she got me flowers, Prosecco and chocolate. It was all very sweet. The location is beautiful and she also gave us great recommendations! Would definitely come back in a heartbeat :-)) thank you so much Jude! X

We stayed at Karen and Steve’s loft over the Easter weekend for 5 nights. We have never visited the area before and were pleasantly surprised. Karen’s loft is a lovely bolt hole close to the beach, really close. We had everything we needed for our stay. Toiletries and basic kitchen items were also provided. We even had homemade biscuits and Prosecco on arrival a lovely touch. We love walking and the area has walking for everyone. Beaches, estuaries, heathland, bird reserves and more. We visited Kingly Vale which was amazing near Chichester. The ancient Yew trees and blue bell woods were stunning. Sadly for us it was cloudy so no view from the top of the hill. Would definitely visit the loft again.

Tim’s communication was excellent & the apartment is located in a great spot We always found a place to park but it did get busy on occasion Like I say though we always found someone on the street The apartment had enough facilities for us to cook one night & my husband found the bed comfortable- a little too soft for me but it’s just down to personal preference Overall a clean & fully functional apartment with great communication & good facilities Washer dryer was a huge bonus & the washing tabs left very helpful

Warm, welcoming, well equipped, cosy and comfortable accommodation, ideally situated for exploring Southsea and Old Portsmouth. Just a few minutes walk to the Southsea sea front and 10 - 15 minutes walk to The King's Theatre, where we were attending an event. Catherine, our host, was very proactive in communicating with us throughout, with clear instructions for checking in, where to park, key safe code and wifi login details etc. Parking was on street, readily available and right outside the accommodation, which is in a quiet location. Catherine even provided the appropriate parking permit, for just £3.00. All of this made for a very relaxing stay, at a price that was highly competetive, based on the prices quoted by other hotels and guest houses in the area. Highly recommended.

Really lovely cottage right in the centre of town. Close to lots of shops, restaurants, pubs, train station and the seafront! We hiked the Seven Sisters, and the cottage is close to the starting point so it was perfect for us. The kitchen is well equipped. The fireplace adds a lovely, cosy touch! Beds are incredibly comfortable too. No complaints and would happily book again :)
