Kate’s place is amazing! So well decorated - we ended up skipping several activities we had planned for our trip because we enjoyed hanging at the house so much. House and pool were very clean, everything was well cared for. Would love to stay again sometime!

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus. Der Garten ist nicht einsehbar und bietet einen schönen Ausblick. Auch hat man den ganzen Tag Sonne und eine schöne Stimmung, wenn die Sonne hinter den Hügeln untergeht. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, wir persönlich fanden die Gebühren für die Heizung etwas zu hoch. Aber je nach Außentemperatur ist es auch gar nicht nötig, diesen zu heizen. Das Haus liegt vollkommen ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse auf einer Anhöhe in einer angenehmen Nachbarschaft. Man ist in dieser Gegend natürlich zu 100% auf das Auto angewiesen. Wir waren zu viert als Familie und fanden den Platz vollkommen ausreichend. Die Küche ist vernünftig ausgestattet und sauber. Ebenso die Badezimmer. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an Dessy.

Impeccably clean and well appointed home. Mature landscaping around the pool and hot tub is lovely. We had a great time. Location was perfect for walking into town and plenty of thrifting opportunities! Great bakery and restaurants within walking distance.

Imani is one of the most amazing hosts I’ve had. Her home is absolutely adorable. The outside grounds are beautiful and exactly what I needed after long work days. The hot tub is lovely and the pool was just great! Her home is comfortable and clean. The location is prime - 20-45 minutes from everywhere I needed to be including LAX. The neighborhood eateries are divine. Two of my favs are literally around the corner. Best coffee spot with a great garden too. Quiet and responsible block. Imani is a stellar communicator and quick with responses. She’s kind too! I have no complaints. This is a great stay for a solo stay, a couple or family of 3-4. Enjoy without hesitation! The location is why I picked this place but I’m happy to say that everything else exceeded my expectations. Even the building staff was friendly! I’d happily stay here again next time I visit DTLA

Firstly the apartment is lovely with all the amenities one could possibly hope for. Ali as a host is lovely, very helpful and responsive with answers to any queries. Couldn’t recommend this space enough.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, anfangs bisschen schwierig zu finden aber wahrscheinlich lag dies an mir. Der Herr in der Lobby war super freundlich ebenso wie die Gastgeber sehr gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was wir gebraucht haben zu dem war die Aussicht, bei Sonnenuntergang wunderschön. Mann konnte auch das Telefon mit dem Fernseh verbinden und seine eigenen Serien schauen. Leider hat Los Angeles selber uns nicht so beeindruckt vor allem Down Town war ziemlich runtergekommen und viele Obdachlose, vielleicht für andere normaler als für uns aus der Schweiz. Jedoch ist Beverly Hills etc mit dem Fahrzeug von der Wohnung schnell erreichbar. Einfach toll Danke euch für die Gastfreundschaft.

Brandon's place was very nice. The apartment itself exceeded expectations. Immaculate and well stocked kitchen made cooking very easy. The bed is firm -- about an 8 out of 10. I personally love a firm bed and found it to be very comfortable. Another thing to note is that the area is very noisy and dangerous with mentally ill drug addicts everywhere. I was followed by two sketchy individuals on Friday morning at 7 a.m. into the CVS as they attempted to box me in and trap me in an aisle. Luckily I have street smarts and am very aware of my surroundings and was able to escape, others might not have been so lucky. Note I am a 6 foot tall muscular male, usually not someone's first target. Also note, CA has effectively criminalized self-defense much like NY has, so fleeing is your only option. None of this is Brandon's fault, of course. Just pointing it out for those not aware of the area. Overall a great stay if one stays inside the bldg and runs out to jump into an Uber.

Absolutely loved my 10 day stay. Great location, amazing rooftop with pool and hot tub views. Everything was clean and comfortable. By day three I already knew I’d be coming back and rebooked the same place. Highly recommend!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Peter’s place. The apartment felt like home and was extremely clean. The view from the rooftop was gorgeous! I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in LA.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was beautiful. The location was so convenient; we went to the bar next door for cocktails, walked to whole food… so much near by. The bed was super comfortable and it was a bonus using the hot tub and seeing the sunset lit skyline on the roof top. I was concerned it might be noisy but it was not at all. I did not hear anything in the bedroom where I need quiet for sleep. It was truly perfect! Malcom was an amazing host, very responsive and allowed us to check in early as we had arrived earlier from our trip overseas. Wonderful stay!

Great home for a family. We enjoyed our stay

Michael and Laura were fabulous hosts. Before I checked in, they sent me a message asking about my favorite drink -- so that they could have it waiting for me! I felt like I arrived to a secret garden, with a darling welcome sign at the front door. The entrance feels fully private and the area is so quiet. The space is thoughtfully stocked, with everything I needed for cooking, showering, sleeping, relaxing. Michael checked in to see that I had everything I needed and was quick to respond when I texted about best walkable grocery stores or scenic walks. They are a perfect combination of warm and attentive, while also respecting privacy. This is my favorite Airbnb I've ever stayed. And I hope to come back again! Seriously cannot thank them enough for a wonderful time and for sharing their incredible space with me! Hugs to you both -- fabulous job!

Chantal's cottage is a little slice of paradise! I don't even know where to start - the cottage itself is absolutely stunning. It's a small place, but so elegant and charming with tremendous attention to detail. The linens and decor are high-quality and extremely comfortable, and the hospitality is beyond compare. Chantal greeted us personally and made sure we were comfortable. There was a beautiful hand-written note and some delicious fresh fruit and snacks to welcome us. The backyard is idyllic with a swimmable pool and jacuzzi, and the neighborhood is lovely - one of the neighbors even has a horse in her backyard (it's an equestrian-friendly area)! The amount of thought that has gone into ensuring the comfort of guests is not something I have seen in other Airbnbs. There's nowhere else we would rather stay if we are in LA again. Thank you, Chantal (and Theo the spaniel) for a truly delightful stay.

The host wanted to meet at check-in as long as we weren't too late. Our plane into LA was repeatedly delayed and the host remained flexible as I updated her on our changing arrival time. Check-in was helpful because the driveway is accessed by an electric gate and we learned how it operates and where remote was located. The unit is part of a large house with access to a very nice garden. We did see the hosts in the backyard occasionally as well as their dogs but we didn't lack for privacy. The unit was really large. With an open floor plan it could be a challenge for people in a large group to find a place to themselves. The upstairs has one bedroom and then a bed and pull out couch in a common area. The bedroom is private but you walk through the loft area to access the bathroom. Both bathrooms are large and nicely finished. The hosts checked in several times via message while we were there. Easy to walk to grocery and restaurants and easy access from LAX.

We loved staying at this wonderful guest house! After driving all over LA it was great to come back to a quiet, beautiful backyard and cottage. Super nice neighborhood, short drive to Ventura Blvd. / Sherman Oaks /Studio City and fantastic hosts!

The entire stay was perfect. Loved this beautiful home along with the great location. Everything we needed to make our stay seamless was there. Pool was awesome. Definitely recommend this house. Owners were great and super responsive. We had 13 people all together and had plenty of space.

This place is an amazing respite from a big city, in a big city. I couldn't believe how quiet it was at night, and even during the day. My family loved the backyard even though the weather didn't always cooperate: we used the hot tub every day but didn't bother with the pool (except as a cold plunge!) We'd stay here again. The only downside is there aren't a lot of restaurants within walking distance, but it was fun to walk around the neighborhood and look at all the gardens and houses and "don't poop here" signs for dogs. :)

Shannon's place is hands down the most beautiful airbnb I've ever stayed at, both inside and out. The views off the patio and the pool deck are unmatched, and the interior is thoughtfully furnished with quality designer items. Everything was perfect. Shannon is an incredibly responsive host who has done a lot of work to make her home accessible and open to guests. This is a one of a kind property with an amazing energy.
